No. It starts in March and ends in May. But there's a current heatwave crisis in Asia, not just in the Philippines, hence the sweltering heat.
Why only 3 days?
It was Qingming festival in China so we only had 3 days holiday. The Philippines is only 2 hours away so we decided to take those 3 days and visit the Philippines.

Filipino taxi drivers are insane. Sorry to this . I never had a good experience as a Filipino myslef.
This was a Chinese driver. The experience we are talking about at the beginning of the video happened in China before we flew to the Philippines. To be honest all the Filipino taxi drivers were very good!
