  • Easy, quick and very tasty recipe for a moist coffee-chocolate sponge cake. Minimum ingredients and maximum enjoyment! The chocolate sponge cake turns out fluffy and porous, and due to the milk-coffee impregnation it becomes juicy and very tasty. If you add dark chocolate 70% or higher to the cream, then the cream will be bitter. For lovers of a more subtle chocolate taste, use milk chocolate 56%. In my recipe, I mixed 2 types of chocolate.

    ✅ Ingredients:
    1. Eggs (medium size) - 3 pcs.
    2. A pinch of salt.
    3. Sugar - 100 g
    4. Vanilla sugar - 5-8 g
    5. All-purpose flour - 80 g
    6. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
    7. Cocoa powder - 25 g
    A solid baking dish (glass or metal): about 20x20 cm.
    Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) - 20 minutes.
    ✅ Soaking:
    1. Milk - 150 ml
    2. Coffee - 50 ml
    ✅ Cream:
    1. Chocolate 56-70% - 100 g
    2. Whipping cream 33% - 250 g
    3. Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
    4. Cocoa for sprinkling
    Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
