He said it is so easy to raise capital and he needs 5k from you for learning from him? Actually he is indirectly telling you that it is easier to make money teaching you how to raise capital than doing it himself. There is an element of scam in there.
+David Tay What's wrong with teaching? Kiyosaki said he raised capital before and invests in RE. Even if he doesn't and what you said about Kioysaki is right, by your logic, if you called a billionaire and asked him how he made his money, and he took 10 minutes out of his day to talk to you, you'd hang up and say, "he must not be that successful if he has the time to take calls from strangers and talk all day..." Either way, you can't win.
