There's one thing entirely certain; If you start putting money in the market, you do it periodically and steadfast (DCA). The chances of you making good money are marginally higher then doing nothing with the money, or saving it.
We have brains that prefers easy answers without much appetite for nuance, identifying the traits we should emulate or avoid can be agonizingly hard
There's really no harm in diverse sources of incomes. I saw firsthand how lucrative investments could be when handled the right way ... do both
I'm in the green 45% over the last 12 months (Nov 3 to Nov4) and I made my first million @25 from going diverse, currently my righteous bucks are now going in SCHD, VOO, VGT, VXUS, JEPI & JEPQ for sweet sweet dividend etf goodness.
There’s no doubting the lucrative nature of the exchange markets but it’s technicalities disapproves for wins!
My 2 cents -get an advisor to keep you accountable and aid you make better decisions. Working with a Investment advisor to help guide you on your wealth-building journey if you're just starting out is a wonderful way to go at it. They help to manage your portfolio overall risk, prevent permanent loss of capital consider maintaining a broad diversification of your investments that reflects your personal risk tolerance, time horizon, and the nature of your financial goal. Tbh I find it better to pay a little bit more for peace of mind than worry about market trends and still get burned.
Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance- wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life..

I personally cleared $230k of debt going aggressive in the other markets. Right now the markets are crazy but there are still hidden opportunities therein. I put all my money in ( didn't even had money for food or turn heat up in cold winter), put all my time ( slept once 2-3 days with 2 to 4 years of doing this, didn't watched movies or going outside to chill) and eventually I got some success, but in the end everything was a loss of a coin with a tragic story.
