The bible doesn't mention that Jesus was a carpenter, the bible doesn't say that debt is bad, God doesn't tell us to pay him 10% of our money and we are not saved by repenting from sin. There's only one way to be saved and that is to believe in the death and resurrection of the Jesus Christ. I suggest you invest time to study these topics because these are things many Christians get wrong including myself when I was a new believer.

This might be working in a country like USA...but cannot be done in developing countries where the rental income is lower than the bank interest on the home mortgage. Will this idea be still valid? Also, another issue of not every month will rental income come as cash flow even if one employs a property manager.

This might be working in a country like USA...but cannot be done in developing countries where the rental income is lower than the bank interest on the home mortgage. Will this idea be still valid? Also, another issue of not every month will rental income come as cash flow even if one employs a property manager.
