Hello Friend. I only use Ernie Ball Extra Slinky Bass 0.40 strings from the blue packaging. I have been using it for over 20 years and recommend it. Know that this bass is a relic and has the faithful sound of the 70's Fender Jazz Bass. A hug!
@@oldramon74 This bass has some curious things. the distance between the pickups does not follow the Fender standard. The Pickups are also the same, both from the neck and the bridge. The width of the neck is not that of a jazz bass but that of a Precision. This one is from 1978.
