I recently finished an order for 2200 patched hats. There's no way I could have gone through all of these steps. I did use heat tape though.
Now if I only knew where to find someone with that machine in the Tampa Bay area, that would be great!
I may have missed it, but what if your press doesn't heat from the bottom?
What is the white sheet you use to cover the patch with before pressing? Also, I have a top heated only press and I have an issue with my hats creasing when I press them. I think it's all the space between the back of the hat and the pallet. What would you suggest I do to fix this problem? Thanks!

Are you just using the Thermo adhesive? I haven't had good luck with it sticking long term..
