Stellar video guys. i'm just getting into the leather patch hat market and there is so much in this video to open my eyes into a bigger world of customized caps/gear I WANT TO LEARN MORE!
Green tool is for interior and exterior wraps! I used one for an interior car wrap!! BTW, thank you for all the tips! Lil things really help with efficiency and quality!!
Awesome video man. Great seeing you getting around and thank you for the tour of Pro Circuit. That place is incredible and your 250 looks like it will be a beast. Looking forward to seeing you back on the seat.
Thanks so much for this! Just recently got your 360iq hat press at work, and we love it! Also, thanks for the tips on acrylic beanies. If you all have any tips for the thicker cable knit beanies please let me know. Thanks again!
Awesome video. Very informative. I have one question at first glance. If I don’t have a hat press that has a lower heated platen like the 360 IQ, can I still use your patches? And if so, what sort of modifications will I need to make in my approach to pressing those patches onto my hats? Thanks so much!
Thanks! We have application instructions on the "User Guide" tab of each product page for both the 360IQ hat press and for top heat only hat presses. www.stahls.com/stahls-flexstyle-emblems
Thank you so much for the video, I am very new to the pressing world & very inspired. I know this video was done a year ago, but I was hoping to get a list or product oder info for items used in video like the vinyl used for tags & the foam or rubber used on bottom platen for hats. I would greatly appreciate it. Corky
While they will apply to garments, we can't guarantee longevity when washing as this was not lab tested. That's why they're so great for hats - they are not laundered as often.
The white foam cover pads are used with the emblems www.stahls.com/foam-cover-pads and the Flexible Application pad: is used when heat applying to heat sensitive items www.stahls.com/heat-press-flexible-application-pad

@StahlsTV thank you so much for getting back to me, really appreciate it.
Excellent video 👏 I was wondering if Skip's homemade patches work on Polos and other garments? 🤔
While they will apply to garments, we can't guarantee longevity when washing as this was not lab tested. That's why they're so great for hats - they are not laundered as often.
@@StahlsTV thanks for the quick reply 😊
Do you have the link to the silicone block? And do you offer different thicknesses?
You'll find the CAD-CUT Silicone Dye Block here www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-vinyl-silicone-dye-block
I found a list of shows for January that Stahls is going to. Do you have a list for the rest of the year by chance?
Hi There! We add events to this page consistently. We recommend bookmarking and visit it often. www.stahls.com/events
Listing the products used in the description so we can purchase them would be a good idea, links the vinyl etc.
Thanks for the suggestion. Eco Film can be found here www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-material-spectra-eco-film

Hello, I came across the video and wanted to know if any HTV can be applied on a 50% wool 50%polyester cap?
This chart is helpful in determining which HTV is compatible with different fabrics www.stahls.com/heat-transfer-material-fabric-chart?
Have yet to yield a flawless 6 panel hat press. Always a crease in the transfer😩
Please check out our other videos about heat printing hats ua-cam.com/play/PLA9uN-SiMnAxRgCrd7TJfg_6GK3uwLFLR.html

Anybody successfully press a pvc patch on a beanie?
Yes, many of our customers have. For PVC patches, you will definitely need lower heat since the patches are so thick.
Not very clear
Thanks for the feedback.
