I was watching Initial D Battle Digest and in 7:26 of the vid, i noticed the sponsor decals on Keisuke's FD is the same decals he has in the manga. In the Battle Digest and Legend movies his FD had some parodied sponsor decals. This shot in 7:26, the FD has the Greddy, GAB, C/Cusco and the other decals the FD had in the manga. Another thing i noticed is that the RedSuns logo the FD has in this shot, that RedSuns logo is the same RedSuns logo from the manga and anime while the RedSuns logo from Legend and Battle Digest is different.
Thanks to the re-release of the Initial D manga in omnibus form, at least now know where the heck that whole “Cinderella Mystery tour” line Ryouske makes comes from… Apparently there used to a ride in what I imagine is Japanese Disneyland called that.
I'm so used to the J-Rock version in the Legends movies, that this feels weird xD I can watch the original series and the Eurobeat fits so well there. But imo, with this art-style J-Rock feels better. IDK why xD It may be the song selection too.

I just want to warn you that while his was taken down because of the song, my upload with subtitles was taken down because of New Initial D The Movie 1 which was authorized by Keiko Kamioka. I was able to hold it off for 2 weeks after his upload was taken down (I uploaded the movie a day after his upload, but mine lasted longer). I might be in the minority, but I prefer the races as depicted in Legends vs First Stage, especially the FC vs 86 race - it felt more realistic that Ryosuke would neutralize Takumi' gutter run.
