Great informative video🙏I have one clarification. Do they coat the apple with thin layer of wax to preserve it ? When it comes to us, you can clearly see the shining coating ( I can see rhe shining in those huge machines you showed after the wash) When we try to scratch it with a knife, the wax comes out like a powder.(more in imported apples than Himachal ones) I have even tested it on the gas fire. The outer peel of the fruit gets greesy as wax melts. Many people may not know this and eat the apple with the wax.

I would like to clarify your question about wax layer on apple.
It is pertinent to mention here that we don't know the technology of wax polishing. We never use such artificial material on our natural products. I can't speak about entire Himachal Pradesh grading and packing system of apple.
If you want to have fresh and natural apple from our farm you may contact thereafter you will come to know about reality 😊😊

छोटे बागवान जो 500 बॉक्स के अंडर है उन्हे तो सिर्फ़ सेब पर निर्भर नही रहना चाहिए दूसरा कारोबार या नौकरी भी देखनी चाहिए क्योंकि सेब में रिस्क है जिनके 700 बॉक्स या उसे ऊपर का बागीचा है वो प्रोफेशनली कर सकते है। बाकी सेब बागबानी वहीं सफल है जहां बर्फ पड़ती हो ओर रुटस्टाक भी वहीं लगाए जहां पानी फुल हो ओर तापमान 35 डिग्री के ऊपर ना जाता हो तभी सेब बागवानी में भविष्य सही रहेगा। आम, अमरूद, अनार या कोई भी फ्रूट लगाए जब आप सही तापमान सही ज़मीन पर लगाएंगे तभी भविष्य में मुनाफा होगा देखा देखी में ना जाए और गोपाल जी आप भी बेहतरीन कार्य कर रहे हो
