What you said is exactly true ....I was an average student ..I find it very difficult to learn and revise things ...now I became an educator too in a college as an assistant professor...
It was most underrated but important topic. No one talk about the teacher's perspective in today's era no one discuss about the salaries and mental health of private school teachers.
@@mansharani6596 this topic is not so easy... It's not about only teachers perspective but we also need dedicated, selfless teachers... since it's a noble profession
Loved how Shiv sir talks about his self exploration journey, remaining humble, grounded all the time, even talking about his Lows, emotional intelligence and most importantly socio-emotional health of Teachers.
I am a teacher and i truely understand the scenerio in school. Govt. School teacher doesn't give effort because ultimately they will be paid good salary and private school teacher don't want to give effort because they are underpaid. I am totally aware about multiple intelligence but still i can't apply all the intelligence because of the curriculum syllabus etc etc, after every month one or another test school has to conduct, teacher has to run the syllabus. I feel guilty sometimes but i am helpless.... Much more to say... Whole education system has to change
I remember an incident where my class teacher and classmates made me feel stupid for not understanding maths and basic logic, i struggled with loneliness and experienced bullying for several days but no one helped me, I can't explain how those incidents made me feel worthless for everything and since then now, I've felt dumb my whole life.
I started my teaching career as a trained teacher in 2015 in KV as a contractual Teacher...my first class was 1A just like Shiv sir... I remember one peom... Aam ki tokri...
That was a compelling topic for discussion. Indeed, a teacher’s happiness can significantly influence the learning environment and student satisfaction. Unfortunately, many educators are constrained by rigid curricula and administrative regulations, limiting their ability to explore innovative teaching methods.
Teaching is a very serious job and demands much efforts, it's just about person to person internal motivation how 'they' are doing it . 😊 I pray we have more teacher like him and wish to be the same as sir and be a positive teacher and inspiring, doing the more and more innovation. ❤❤ Great video loved it .
Always felt we should talk about teachers also on this platform They want to work in this direction but pressure of syllabus and lobby of teAchers who don't want to change or get threatened by this change is always trying to pull them

👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌🙏🏻 Not only the Academic lessons but life lessons like honesty, empathy, loyalty, hard work etc. Should be teach in schools as in olden days taught in India's Gurucools. Not only monetary aspect but responsibilities towards family, community, society, counry and world. Even small things like personal hygiene etc. Step by step.
Thank you to my teachers of St Joseph convert school ( Bandra) who took special efforts on weak students and tried to take extra class. It really helped me and I drastically improved. In 90s era this kind of efforts was rarely seen.

Hi Shiv I'm a passionate teacher in a renowned school in hyd . I joined lately as had responcibility of my own kids . I enjoy teaching and do that in fun way ..but my senior collogues all just keep students in fear and as prisoners ..... Management only become concerned if any parent bring issue on teachers .. When I open my mouth to speak about kids stress they mock at me ..
As a 27-year-old English teacher, I'm fed up with the education system that has failed me and my students. I'm a product of outdated English teaching methods, which emphasized rote memorization and grammar-translation approaches. Phonics was introduced late in my education, and critical thinking skills were neglected. This has impacted my ability to teach effectively. The broader education system in our country prioritizes government jobs over quality education, perpetuating this problem. The lack of emphasis on reading and critical thinking has led to a decline in reading culture. I haven't read a book since 9th grade, and I'm not alone. Our society's values prioritize job security over personal growth, with "getting married" oversimplified as the solution. I'm exhausted and frustrated, and I've decided that I want to leave this profession forever.
After lurking in private school as a teacher for 5 years, I decided to switch over my profession because of non indipendent nature of education system in school and now I am working as a clerk in PSSSB. I don't regret my decision as it was the best decision of my life.
Being a post graduate teacher we need mentor instead dictator type teacher and yes system of assessment by government and universities should change then only students ll become positive Humebeing and ll bring good ecosystem.
In India teachers are not getting security enough that's why they are not doing these things.. in private and govt both.. right now you go and say you are teacher in IIT or NIT to patwari or thasildar they will ton,t you.. bec are not in positions to loss them

Ha yes ,
But teachers don't have to do charity even they have life and should fulfill basic needs basic of life at least
The real teacher is he who can reach children's mind through heart .
Absolutely

Same goes with Jawahar Navodya School ,wonderful school's
JNS 6th se hai isliye handle difficulty level alag hota hai 1 to 5th ki difficulty level alag hoti hai
I want to ask how this teacher handle other end of standard deviation like gifted kids
Easier said than done only if the teachers are given the freedom of teaching and no interference by politicians and government policies
