Installing a handmade library unit and media unit.
This is Part 1 of a 6 part series, and this particular episode is all about the first day of installing two huge media units.
One is a library shelving style unit, and the other is a storage media unit, both HUGE and high end!

If most components are 18mm-50mm thick then could you make some type of rack, lined with carpet so the components could be stored vertically in the van? Just an idea.

You could then use some airwedges, designed for hanging doors, to expand in the gap and keep the parts from moving around

Have just come across your site and think you are doing a great video series and all credit to you for keeping in your mistake in the video.
I can only imagine that filming and explaining must slow the process down alot. Also with so much going on it must cause some level of lack of concentration.
I know they say that hindsight is a wonderfull thing but I was thinking to myself, when you was explaining about the baulkhead (20 minutes in), that it was the same colour as the grey units instead of the sky blue ones you were installing.
Anyway keep up the great work and I am sure from what I have seen so far, the customer is going to be very happy with the end product 👍👍👍

Yes filming is a pain in the butt, especially as I just make it up as i go along haha.

We have their combi and impact drills for our site fitting kit along with the radio.
I have to say that I'm really happy with them for this particular job, installing furniture.
6 years later and all drills batteries and all chargers barring one are still going strong.
I'd buy again 100% as the value for money is 👌
