If you just bump the starter it will turn the lift pump on for a few seconds, you need to hear that running. Once that is working there should be a bleed screw on the top of the filter (can't remember exactly) open that till you get fuel with the lift pump running. Then crack the injection lines loose where they go into the cylinder head, crank the engine till fuel squirts out. The tighten line and it should start. Could be the injection pump went bad from setting, they were known for having issues, mostly was an electronic issue from overheating of the circuit board on the pump.

I think that if you have the old Carter fuel pump (mounted on the driver's side of the engine), they are known to go out or bad and can take out the injection pump. I had purchased a Fass lift pump and now I know it will keep my diesel Cummins running.

You have air in the lines because the truck sat not running for 3 years. What you need to do is crack all 6 injector lines and crank the truck over till you see fuel, tighten the lines back up and the truck will fire up. I’ve had this same issue when my 93 Cummins sat for 2 years
Can't tell ya enough how many times people gone thru this scenario with a truck I did love grayce muscles 💪 a girl that doesn't sweat won't go far in life life keep pushing and no ive never been on live 📺
If volume is low but bubble free, it can still cause cavitation in the injection pump because the VP44 is having to pull the fuel creating a vacuum that can cause cavitation. If you are not getting any fuel at all, but you know the pump is operating, you would want to check the fuel filter itself to ensure that you do not have any blockage. If that checks out, you will want to perform what’s called a bucket test. This consists of removing the line that attaches to the top of the tank and placing that in a bucket of clean diesel fuel.
Sorry for 8 day later comment, Just watched this video! Consider renting an obd2 scan tool. P1693 on some googling and forum reads indicates there are more faults that need extracted from the ECM. Specially on pre emission older diesels because the dash is not going to display every code in the list. However, if I am to guess the issue. It will actually still be fuel related, (which can trigger multiple codes in ECM) 14:07 Your getting fuel in the fuel / water separation filter however, the high pressure gear driven fuel pump has lost prime so there is air in the fuel injector rails. You will need to crack a couple fuel lines that sit above the injectors and crank the engine over and pressurize the air out and leak fuel out of them. After that tighten them back up then engine should fire up. These kind of things happen when leaving a diesel sit for long periods of time (3 years as the title says) Using Ether to keep it running its not necessarily good, you can burn the high pressure fuel pump or cause the internals to leave metal shavings due to the air being locked into the fuel rail with not enough motion to pass through the injectors. Do be careful when messing with things like this though, they call it "high pressure fuel pumps" for a reason if you don't know what your doing? It can cause some injuries. ECM, Being that it is 2000, and pre emissions truck I dont see an issue with quick swapping ecm's to check something out however, anything diesel 2008 and up you have to get an very expensive programming / scan tool to marry all the computers together and vin match them so they communicate with each other. Some ECM's will lock out then your left with 2 bad trucks after that. (Example: Paccar MX13's and MX15's from past companies I have worked for when they tried this) Hopefully this helps you on the next day for the dodge adventure!
P1693 is a companion code. After turning the ignition on, off, on, off, wait, the p codes will cycle through, it will say p done, then it will flash the ECM codes. 1689 or 0216 is a dead VP44. You can also turn the ignition on, and barely start the ignition (bump the starter) that will cycle the lift pump for 20 seconds. If it is a stock lift pump, it is likely dead and needs replaced. The VP44 needs fuel to lubricate, and it will burn up quickly if the lift pump is dead. The engine sounds fine when turning over, just like it isn’t getting fuel.
@@thefarmergrayce Time for a FASS or other pusher fuel pump mounted on the rear frame rail so this doesn't keep happening. That tiny little stock lift pump is worthless.
One thing about those VP44s is they’re known to fail because of the factory lift pump. I would highly recommend a airdog or fass so you don’t have to pay alot of money on a new injection pump.
I have a 2001 dodge 2500 with a Cummins so I have some experience. I’m also a komatsu technician. First I would verify if you have a lift pump mounted on the engine block under the fuel filter or inside the fuel tank. Bumping the key on will run the lift pump for 10-20 seconds for priming purposes. You’ll hear it energize. You can also check for fuel at the injection pump by pushing in a Schrader valve located on the injection pump itself. And finally you can crack the injector lines to check if fuel is actually reaching the injectors. If you have questions let me know
@@thefarmergrayce clogged fuel filter could be the culprit or fuel sending unit if not getting to injectors. Also with the injection p-pump the check release valve could've gone bad, that is another easier thing to replace.
Darn I really thought the old girl was going to run, hopefully it will start up for you, and hopefully you can figure it out and get her in running order, good luck and thanks for sharing.👍❤️
Anytime a diesel engine has sat that long the first things you wanna do is put some good fuel treatment in the tank and change the fuel and air filters 😉
Grayce: if there had been women in my area like you when I grew up, I probably would have stayed on the ranch. Appreciate your intelligence, your easygoing manner, and your smile. I hope 2024 is a great year for you!

3 years standing is probably worse than 20 years, bc back then we didnt have crappy bio fuel. No issues with it when stuff gets used every day, park it up for a period of time and pumps, lines deteriorate like crazy.
Those trucks are none for the electric lift pump going out I’ve worked on a lot of those dodges and have had to replace a lot of the lift pumps. If it gets power and ground when you bump the key and it still doesn’t pump fuel then it’s bad. Also with it setting the lift pump could have gotten mess up from not having fuel due to a drain back issue from setting and you may also not have gotten all the air out of fuel system while starting it with starting fluid. Crack a couple injector lines loose next time you sty to crank it to bleed the fuel system. Hope this helps. Keep up the good work God bless
Find the fuel line maybe by the filter, unhook the positive wire's that goto the starter so you don't drain the batters cycle key on off if fuel pump is still good ,drain in milk jugs or a disposable container ! Then new gas and good!
Grayce. Charge the batteries completely. If still codes, check the alternator to see if it is over or under charging. Dad has a 2001 and it was it. I even had the ECM rebuilt before finding it.
Same as other comments. Make sure youve got power to pump and fuel coming out. Check fuel pressure on pump, take power straight to pin 7 if all looks good and see what happens...rules out vp and everything upstream
My Brother also has a Dodge RAM 2500 4x4 Gen 2 with the 360 cui 24-valve turbo diesel with 6 Gear Manual Gearbox , he is very happy with it. Greetings from Germany
You may have to get a PCM for your specific model year of truck. Also to do that you will need the VIN off of your truck and send it in so that when you receive your PCM it will be set to exactly the parameters of your particular pickup.
If you bump the starter for second and leave the key on you should hear the lift pump cycling, if not then that’s most likely your issue or it’s not supplying enough fuel pressure. A fuel pressure gauge is a must on these 2nd gen 24v trucks. I have an 01 6 speed too
Take fuel filter off and see if there is fuel pressure when you turn ignition on. If no pressure, it’s pump or solenoid for it. If pressure is there, it’s fuel filter or could also be crank positioning sensor. Great job and good luck!
2 things i may suggest. one is buying a cheap obd reader as im sure theres a chance yours has an obd port i know 2001 onwards does but 2 to try is clearing all the stored codes in the ecm as some vehickes wont start if all the control units match the data and also some codes can prevent from starting or running and also try taking the fuel line off and putting it in a bottle and crank a few times see if fuel fills the bottle
I love those trucks so much. I have a 2000 3500 dually and it's my daily driver. I enjoy driving it. There are a couple of lift pumps way better than the factory one from AIRDOG FRRP( factory replacement raptor pump) part# R3SBD100 or from FASS DRP02. Be sure to buy a relocation kit for the pump because with the kit the pump will be closer to the tank and will work with less effort and last longer.
Probably the lift pump. Old diesel also can gum things up. 5psi is what the lift pump should push. They can run off less but 5 / 7 psi is where they should be. Also Cummins aren't to happy when air gets in the lines. If you replace the lift pump then also have someone crank it and crack each injector line off the cylinder head and let it purge each line. It will be pretty obvious when the air is out. Squirts fuel everywhere. They line just needs to be cracked. Hope this might help.
Run a jumper cable from battery to battery, and make sure the wires on the clamps are connected (you should have a little wore on the postive) make sure its hooked up.
Good Morning Grayce. I am watching this Video on April 30/24 in P.E.I. waiting for Spring to arrive still. Cold and windy here. Love the video as you patiently go through the diagnostics. I'm with you on the wasps !! hate em. I hope you have a great first week of May and your Dodge is running sooner than later. Cheers from here in the North..
Ecm or pcm is rarely a problem. Need a proper code reader to get the codes Is the lift pump in the tank? Beat on the tank while someone cranks. Check fuel pressure. Always best to pull the battery and charge. Start with a good battery Last thought, there is a fuel cutoff switch above the injection pump. Could be stuck.
Hey Grayce it sounds like you got air in the fuel line and have air leak. You should check the fuel line if it came lose you need to tighten the fuel line with a hose clamp.” And you also need to check the fuel pump to see if it’s pumping fuel to the engine.”
hey grayce new here i like all of the vidio's i have seen i like how you explain's all the things and how straightforward you are if there is something you are unsure of love from a danish farmer and keep up the good vidio's
Oh the joys of resurecting "dead" trucks. Fuel issues on trucks with electric components are trickier to find than mechanical at least for me. I did encounter a powerstroke once that wouldn't fire the injectors simply because the batteries were weak. Tried pulling it but that wouldn't do it. Charged the batteries overnight and it lit right off. Might be worth while to put some fresh batteries in and see what happens. You're on the right track i think though. Just have to puzzle it out. Saw you struggle a little bit with that boot there. A cool tool to make for helping with rubber boots and hoses is take a broken screw driver and grind a point on it and bend it 90ish degrees. Stick it under the lip of the boot and slide around your hose barb. Really helps. Also i have a few times in my life encountered a fuse that looked ok but was bad internally. Sometimes if you're getting really puzzled check with a volt meter or test light. Dont even have to pull them to check that way. Probably won't help you here but something to keep in your back pocket for future diagnostic. Good luck. If memory is correct is this the truck you called "Pearl"? Will be nice to see her back on the road.
Hi, so the p1693 code is very likely a dead injection pump. Also you need to crack the big banjo bolt on the side of the injection pump, then see if you have fuel pressure when you bump the starter. If no fuel pressure, then you need to get some kind of lift pump system.. I would not use the factory style, cuz they just give problems, then after you have fuel pressure, if it doesn’t start, it’s 95% going to be the injection pump. Good luck on it!

Hey Grayce ! Whenever I was researching codes on those trucks , I have red 24v 2nd gen that has the n0 bu5 issue and when looking at codes I got a P1693 as well which based on my research it is a companion code " A 9Companion DTC9 was set in both the ECM and PCM. " ( Service Manual ) but if you think its the ECM , that would be on the drivers side of the engine just bellow the fuel filter bowl. also try just bumping the starter on that truck of which will make the lift pump run for 30 seconds , of which you could maybe test for power at. That's just a bit of info I have to throw at it. Hope you get it going again!
If you have a lift pump like a fass or air dog Try Running a jumper wire 2 the lift pump See if it kicks on if it does then try to start the truck It could also be that since you disconnected that neutral safety switch. You're jumper wire that you made Could be causing it to not start I have seen that happen in the past But the trucks old enough that shouldn't matter Just keep working at it.You'll get it ultimately. These older diesels are not that complicated
When I was driving this truck I couldn’t afford to ever take it to a mechanic if something went wrong so I learned everything I know by just doing it! UA-cam videos and Cummins forums taught me a lot
ECM error is rather vague...all modern diesels have what is known as a fuel shutoff solenoid located on the injection pump...it basically moves the control rack inside of the fuel pump to a no fuel position....verify that you have 12 volts at the solenoid....however some solenoids only pull in when you crank the engine...so for that you'll need a second pair on hands....while others will pull in when you turn the ignition to the run position....hope this helps!....if you have any other questions let me know.
Always start with the basics . . . P1693 means you >have some codes, but not which. Changing the PCM will do nothing if the codes are related to the injection pump, AAPS (throttle position sensor) or other issues. First, and a good maintenance item on these trucks is a new fuel filter. The one on my '99 will plug about once per year, and that with it being driven regularly and not sitting for 3 years. The pathetic lift pumps on these trucks (right behind the filter) are only barely able to get enough pressure and volume to run the engine with a clean filter, so get that sorted. Once you have lift pressure, then loosen the banjo fitting on the injection pump that at the end of the line from the filter - that bleeds air from the system from installing the new filter. As suggested elsewhere, turn the key on and wait, the lift pump should run for about 25 seconds to pump fuel through the line (you'll hear it). Once bled, retighten the fitting (IIRC it takes a 17mm wrench) and try to re-start. If you still get a no-start, move on to a scanner and find out the fault codes detail, presuming enough lift volume and pressure, you could find that you have a problem with the injection pump (VP44). That, is a whole other level of diagnosis (and potential expense, unfortunately). If your lift pump isn't running, you will need to run that down - fuel pump fuse relay, etc. The VP44 can pull enough fuel from the tank to run the engine with a failed lift pump, but it will not live long doing it - it needs the volume the lift pump supplies for lubrication and without it the injection pump will be ruined. You're on the right track searching on the codes - if they're not related to fuel delivery just keep it going until you've resolved them. Best with it!
Always ground to the frame on the car you're boosting. Dead or dying batteries can give off a gas called hydrogen sulfide. Hydrogen sulfide gas is extremely flammable and connecting the negative to ground or somewhere away from the battery helps to avoid sparks which could ignite the hydrogen sulfide gas causing an explosion. Now the likelihood of this happening is pretty slim, but it really isn't worth the chance when you can simply connect the negative to the frame or some other piece of bare metal under the hood.
The old diaphragm lift pumps are prone to failing....I just replaced my 93 12 valve to an upgraded HVLP piston lift pump that boosts fuel pressure up to 13-15 psi up from 4-5 on that old worn out one. There's a bunch of videos on youtube on how to replace that.

Clean your battery cables it can be dirty connections, also those batteries are toast! If you have any questions I’ll sure try to help been working for Dodge for almost 30 years !
Also like another gentleman stated, once you get enough charge in the battery try just bumping the key and letting off. At which point you should hear the lift pump activate.
Thanks for the video, Grayce. I think you are close to getting it started and it is probably a fuel issue - maybe just old or bad fuel? If you can crack open the lines at the injectors to see if fuel is showing up, that may tell you a lot. Good luck - i'm interested in what you find out!! 😀
All ya gotta do is bump the starter and let the lift pump run crack a line at the fuel filter make sure u have good fuel there and then crack 1 4 and 5 injector lines crank it over till you have fuel at 1 and close it and 4 and close it and the truck should be running
make sure the fuel is primed loosen injector tube 1 and 4 to make sure they are getting fuel, make sure to do one at a time and to pull the line off so you can see fuel coming out just loosen 1 or 4 pull line out a bit so you can see fuel coming out cycle key a few times for a few seconds and check to see if you got fuel repeat on other line if fuel comes out should be a 22mm socket another easy fix is make sure the tank if filled most of the way because these trucks have half or quarter tank syndrome where the gauge will show it at between a 1/4 or 1/2 full but it wont have any fuel in it because of the way the sending units are built the level stops at a certain point after some time but those are easy ways to check if you even getting fuel than the next part would be seeing if the vp44 is even pushing fuel or if the lift pump on the side of the block is working otherwise you may need to get a aftermarket lift pump because the electronic ones on the engine block suck

I got a 1998 Dodge Dakota from my neighbor for $600, Basically, he wanted it gone and I was interested in getting a second car that still ran and didn't have a sophisticated computer. The main issue was that it hesitated badly. However, after I replaced the battery, we just had to crank the engine just long enough for enough fuel to get in to get it going and move it into our driveway. I spent a month doing various things to it to get it rode worthy again. The most major thing that brought it back to life was cleaning out the throttle body. I have Scotty Kilmer to thank for that advice. That stopped it from hesitating. From there, I replaced the front brakes, put all new tires on it, changed the oil, and ended up putting a starter switch in the cab that would create a short between the positive battery and the starter because it doesn't always start in park. I now use it as a utility vehicle.
Just a side note here: some parts from the blown up truck that are still in working condition, i.e. Turbo, fuel pump, alternator, water pump can be removed and saved for any other vehicles or even sold for some profit
Not sure how this popped up in my feed but you was funny and handled every situation with good natural humor. I could relate as well. Often times how shit would go around here. 🤙
You need to bleed the fuel system. They will bleed down almost entirely if sitting for years at a time. You need to start by loosening the supply line at the injection pump and cycling the key to the crank position then quickly back to run to allow the pump to run for 25 seconds, instead of 2, and continue repeating that until you see good flow coming out of the supply line. You don't want to completely remove the line... just tighten it back up when you see good flow. Then after that you can attempt to crank the engine over 30 seconds at a time letting it cool down for 2 minutes minimum inbetween. If you still can't get it to start after that you might need to crack the high pressure lines to (procedure is for 3,4,5 only). These trucks are really hard to start when air gets in the system.... It is normal to crank them over until you feel like the starter is going to blow up... just remember to let the starter cool down in between... Stale diesel is probably not helping either... 3 year old diesel is not good diesel... not helping your cause! FYI these don't have intank lift pumps, they use transfer pumps, unless your truck was retrofitted! It should live on the side of the engine and make a thumping noise...
Hey hi grayce! Hey i owned a dodge! And tours set for a few years! My advice to you is take one of your emryboards and clean the pins on all of your fuse blocks cause they can vef coroion on them and clean your battey cables and post and on the battery post put alivht coat of vassling on them it helps with electric contact. Also takt a solft tooth brush to were your cube usez plug into ! Get then all ckeaned and on the brake switch its not just that switch with the jump wire but also the alighnment of it too! And its called the nutral saftey switch! Also putting air from a air compresser to your feul tank csn push feul up to help if your not getting it! Good luck !
That year of Ram would have the vp44 fuel injection pump. If I were you I would check the fuel pump relay in the PDC, in the driver's side of the engine bay. If you remove the fuel feed line that goes to the VP44 from the lift pump and you have good fuel supply, my bet it would have something to do with this relay or something related to it.

Consider renting an obd2 scan tool. P1693 on some googling and forum reads indicates there are more faults that need extracted from the ECM. Specially on pre emission older diesels because the dash is not going to display every code in the list.
However, if I am to guess the issue. It will actually still be fuel related, (which can trigger multiple codes in ECM)
14:07 Your getting fuel in the fuel / water separation filter however, the high pressure gear driven fuel pump has lost prime so there is air in the fuel injector rails.
You will need to crack a couple fuel lines that sit above the injectors and crank the engine over and pressurize the air out and leak fuel out of them.
After that tighten them back up then engine should fire up.
These kind of things happen when leaving a diesel sit for long periods of time (3 years as the title says)
Using Ether to keep it running its not necessarily good, you can burn the high pressure fuel pump or cause the internals to leave metal shavings due to the air being locked into the fuel rail with not enough motion to pass through the injectors.
Do be careful when messing with things like this though, they call it "high pressure fuel pumps" for a reason if you don't know what your doing? It can cause some injuries.
ECM,
Being that it is 2000, and pre emissions truck I dont see an issue with quick swapping ecm's to check something out however, anything diesel 2008 and up you have to get an very expensive programming / scan tool to marry all the computers together and vin match them so they communicate with each other. Some ECM's will lock out then your left with 2 bad trucks after that. (Example: Paccar MX13's and MX15's from past companies I have worked for when they tried this)
Hopefully this helps you on the next day for the dodge adventure!
I see, thank you for explaining that to me!
@@thefarmergrayce Time for a FASS or other pusher fuel pump mounted on the rear frame rail so this doesn't keep happening. That tiny little stock lift pump is worthless.
My Dodge 3500 Quad Cab is a 2000 model too Grayce, I love my Cummins!
If you have questions let me know
I’ll try this. I know it’s not reaching the injectors! No fuel out of any injector lines
I’ll try that
@@thefarmergrayce okie dokie. Good luck! I love my 01 6spd H.O.
@@thefarmergrayce Let me know if it works or if you need any more ideas

She shouldn't drain the old diesel first?
Grayce: if there had been women in my area like you when I grew up, I probably would have stayed on the ranch. Appreciate your intelligence, your easygoing manner, and your smile. I hope 2024 is a great year for you!

@@thefarmergrayce that is a big 10-4!!!
I’ll do that, thanks for the input!
I've got a 94 12v 3500 4x4 5 speed daily drive and love it.Great looking truck you got.
I have an 01 6 speed too
The high idle mod is great for jumping other trucks I just got mine fixed today on my 6.0 powerstroke
Crack the injector lines at top of injector and bleed the air out of lines once you see fuel close em up and hopefully you get a start up👍🏻
this is the video that literally made me subscribe. absolutely love it
Probably the lift pump.
Need a proper code reader to get the codes
Is the lift pump in the tank? Beat on the tank while someone cranks.
Check fuel pressure.
Always best to pull the battery and charge. Start with a good battery
Last thought, there is a fuel cutoff switch above the injection pump. Could be stuck.
Hey Grayce it sounds like you got air in the fuel line and have air leak. You should check the fuel line if it came lose you need to tighten the fuel line with a hose clamp.”
And you also need to check the fuel pump to see if it’s pumping fuel to the engine.”
hey grayce new here i like all of the vidio's i have seen i like how you explain's all the things and how straightforward you are if there is something you are unsure of love from a danish farmer and keep up the good vidio's

Change the fuel filter, and crack injector line to see if it's getting fuel to the cross over tube's first before throwing parts at it.
If you have a lift pump like a fass or air dog Try
Running a jumper wire 2 the lift pump See if it kicks on if it does then try to start the truck It could also be that since you disconnected that neutral safety switch. You're jumper wire that you made Could be causing it to not start I have seen that happen in the past But the trucks old enough that shouldn't matter Just keep working at it.You'll get it ultimately. These older diesels are not that complicated
Thanks for sharing the video Grayce. Hope you get it running soon.
How did you learn so much about engine repair and stuff? Did you dad teach you all this stuff or classes at school or what? Very impressed.
When I was driving this truck I couldn’t afford to ever take it to a mechanic if something went wrong so I learned everything I know by just doing it! UA-cam videos and Cummins forums taught me a lot
Good morning farmer Grace. I just subscribed to your UA-cam... I freaking love it!!!
Sounds good, thank you for your input!!! I’ll try that
Rotory pump son... Your rack can go elsewhere.
Greetings from a 94 GMC Sierra 6.5 Turbodiesel Owner from Germany 😄
Yikes I'm sorry
Amazing Grayce, hope you can get her started.
I hope you find an easy fix Grayce! I admire your determination!
It's gotta be simple I watch other lubetubers fire diesels up sat 30 years....same fuel 👍👍
I proud that you have these skills! I hope you never need them on the Longhorn!!!
Hi Grace, ''You are awsome Girl'', I love the way you can turn your hand to anything that crops up and sort it, really admire you and as an old boy I appreciate all you do in farming to put food on our tables all over the world... and, and...
All ya gotta do is bump the starter and let the lift pump run crack a line at the fuel filter make sure u have good fuel there and then crack 1 4 and 5 injector lines crank it over till you have fuel at 1 and close it and 4 and close it and the truck should be running
make sure the fuel is primed loosen injector tube 1 and 4 to make sure they are getting fuel, make sure to do one at a time and to pull the line off so you can see fuel coming out
just loosen 1 or 4
pull line out a bit so you can see fuel coming out
cycle key a few times for a few seconds and check to see if you got fuel
repeat on other line if fuel comes out
should be a 22mm socket
another easy fix is make sure the tank if filled most of the way because these trucks have half or quarter tank syndrome where the gauge will show it at between a 1/4 or 1/2 full but it wont have any fuel in it because of the way the sending units are built the level stops at a certain point after some time but those are easy ways to check if you even getting fuel than the next part would be seeing if the vp44 is even pushing fuel or if the lift pump on the side of the block is working otherwise you may need to get a aftermarket lift pump because the electronic ones on the engine block suck

Great video! The kid on the news was funny. I'm sure you will get plenty of Dodge advice.
Yes I have my Dobge 1998 ❤❤
If not the lift pump next is the VP44 injection pump. That was the issue with mine.
Grayce, great job! BTW you clean up real good!
You are not robbing it from the other truck, You are “borrowing it” ❤
Just a side note here: some parts from the blown up truck that are still in working condition, i.e. Turbo, fuel pump, alternator, water pump can be removed and saved for any other vehicles or even sold for some profit
Not sure how this popped up in my feed but you was funny and handled every situation with good natural humor. I could relate as well. Often times how shit would go around here.

Haha thank you!!
I love that dually
My Always Favorite Gracy Farmers...... Lot of thanks ....

Crack the #1 #3 and #4 injector lines and crank it till fuel comes out then close em you just have an air locked system
Good luck !
Nope.
Side note
Words cannot begin to describe how beautiful you are Grayce and LOVE your voice

Didn’t see this anywhere else so I’m gonna add a possibility. If you have fuel pumping but still won’t start check your fuel shutoff solenoid relay as well as the solenoid itself.
Make sure you check, make sure you're getting to fuel to the injector pump and up.
Waiting to see "part 2" of starting your sitting around Dodge Cummings farm truck.
Can’t believe the grass hasn’t grown around that truck in 3 years 😂😂😂
Could be the fuel shut off solenoid on the injection pump. You can hot wire the solenoid direct to the battery and see if the engine will start.
that's a lot of work and effort for a truck like that . Good luck you'll figure it out
You are determined and you will get it fixed
