I have just watched your video nice old wrecker you have saved . I'm nationally certified in wreck master myself. I haven't done it in years, but it was a lot of fun at one time .I started off learning trucking as well in old cabovers T&T. I hope you get that old teuck restored.

She’s absolutely beautiful! She deserves so much more than sitting in dirt. After the start up with the fluid and she started right up your ole lady wasn’t the only one who was standing up with her arms up in the air lol. I was too with a big ass grin on my face! Such a beautiful rig!

850 is a monster..400 to 1 reduction on the winch gearing. Retighten every bolt on the mast as they will loosen up just going down the road.

Hey driver! You love trucks as much as I do!! I knew you could get her started, had no doubt. When I started driving trucks 22 yrs ago I pulled a trailer with 10R/20 tubed tires on flatbed . Well that went great! Except for the tire anyway. Sounds good you’ll have to fill her up with coolant drive her home. Looks like they switched the steer tires to tubeless. Boy I didn’t know tube type tires were not available anymore. That explains why twin sticks drove to some place in the states to get them for his Bandit truck. Have a great weekend stay safe

next time for the tire use a bicycle inner tube with alittle bit of soap. Wrape it around wheel, add air to tube, then tire..works everytime Gregory

I used to do tires , used the Strap method with Soap worked Every time. The Bicycle Tube is a Cool Idea also have to try it.

Good idea getting rid of that set of steers. 10 years old minimum, and steer tires to boot, keeping them on is asking for trouble. Hope those thermostats open up the next time you run it.
Amazes me to see a truck that old looking that good. Way up north where I live that truck would be a lot more corroded and rusty, you've got a lot to work with there.

Appreciate ya, ya I had a steer blow while sitting in the driveway. Practically blew the front fender off so I try to have new steers.
@@JamesPrettyLucky you, it blew in the driveway, blew one on my CH Mack and it took the entire right side of the hood off, headlight and all.
I've done quite a bit of logging up north MN, WI , and we have to mount tires out in the woods, in sub 0 temps in the winter.
I don't put the air chuck on a tire until the 80% either I used, 50% is useless, gets lit, the air pumping into the rim dissipates the either too much. You may get a fireball in your face.

O-H-I-O Porter greetings 🇺🇸Any day is a great day for doing a Will It Start, except when it’s raining! Ok now…I’ve never seen anyone do a taste test on the oil & diesel. If all else fails, use the tongue to confirm the condition. Hahaha! Love the door handles on the 352. How old school is that! WOW! Is the frame original & unwelded? Was it originally a tractor perhaps? It is one cool, bad to the bone, jaw-dropping Peterbuilt! A good find! It’s good to have an extra pair of hands to help, huh? I love seeing you guys work together! Teamwork is a great thing! Some great stuff, my friend! @ Yes sir. I think you and I have the same kind of luck about tires. Be an excellent idea to go on ahead and change out both steer tires anyways. You might be able to swap out those 22” Alcoas in the rear with someone on the Antique Truck Site. Never know? I noticed @Ol2Stroker has one ALMOST identical to this Peterbilt 352 you have, at least the same color interior

James we use those Good all Start all boxes at my diesel shop. Usually if it says E6, you can turn it off and then turn your ignition on and then turn the box on and then it should start charging, or ive heard if you hit the aux button it will send power thru if the batteries are completely dead, however i havent tested that out yet

I bought an Inveco 440 cabover from auction and it has only 30,000 miles on it. It was ex-military, probably Iraq, and few of these trucks were brought back to the USA. It’s a beast, with a small sleeper, dual frame, spring suspension, and full rear lockers. I had a thought of taking it to the oilfield to haul water, but I recently realized that we are close to the rapture. I think we are very close. If not soon, I will put the truck to work. I prefer the rapture, but have to truck to work if not.

No doubt you will have to go around and replace a bunch of lines and filters but it sounded great. Probably well maintained during it's previous work life.
Ya right now I’m replacing 1/4 rubber air lines all eaten and rotten under the dash. Gaining ground.
