      @@stephanietaylor-white9135 it's just weird cause I didn't feel hungry. When I tried to eat, whenever I smelled the food it makes me puke. It goes for days now. I forced myself to eat even just a little when I noticed it. It's still going on like that.

      @@andreakim6504 i had no idea. I’m sorry. It’s actually not healthy to force ur self to eat. Try eating when you are hungry, and not eating when you’re not hungry. It’s called intuitive eating. Be sure to not force but taking a break from having any food. U can tell ur doctor if ur still struggling to have a little then throwing it back up. Can u take a break first?

    I can forget to eat for days or just eat like one snack a day. Thankfully my period doesn't get affected. I can't imagine my period just disappearing.

      I‘m glad you never had that experience and I hope it stays that way. you need to make sure to eat every day even if it’s hard. i hope you know that self care is most important!

      @@kiRa13Yes self-care is very important. I've only started taking care of myself a few years ago.

    *Hi!*
    *I just wanted to ask - of course only if You have time and You would like to - could You make a video with Jungkook or Hyunjin about feeling like you're less than others because of ADHD...? That would mean a lot to me* 🥺
    *It may be kind of a weird request, but honestly I feel I really need comfort when it comes to self-acceptance and self-love. My friends constantly joke around about me being zoned-out or slow-thinking, teachers tell me that I am stupid or should study more 'cause my writing and finishing tasks and tests takes too long... I really am trying and working my a** off to reach the standards of neurotypical society, but I'm never good enough. Never going to be... at least now it feels like it. Also in Poland where I live it's super hard to get my meds, so my anxiety is through the roof. I'm just... exhausted.*
    ...
    *God I just wanted to ask You for a video and now this comment has become a page of my diary hahah, I'm so sorry TT*
    And thank You so much whoever may be reading this for taking your time to read!

      thank you so much for you comment I can imagine it must have been hard to share your thoughts and feelings. what you’re describing also seems like a struggle i’m every day life but believe me it will get better over time. always feel free to step up for yourself and let people know you don’t appreciate them joking about something you’re uncomfortable with. it’s alright to be fighting and not being perfect. nobody ever is no matter what they may portrait to you. keep going, and stay strong. I will try to make your video as soon as possible

    I am suffering from eating disorder lately I find myself hungry but I don't eat then when I eat I feel nausea

      @kiRa13  Рік тому +1

      I know that feeling sadly and there’s not much that’s as difficult as eating when you physically don’t feel like it. I do think it’s important to get yourself used to food again so you’ll have to get through that beginning phase and then eventually your body won’t be repulsed by eating again

      hey there, no need to be sorry! by beginning phase I mean the time when you start to eat regularly again and your body is not yet used to the frequency and so you might experience feelings of nausea etc. how do you do it? well i wish there was one way that works for everyone but in general I guess the biggest part of it is to not listen to the voice that is telling you to restict yourself. for some people it is necessary to track their calories to make sure they are eating enough again though for others that makes it all worse because it can get very obsessive. I think the most important part is to remind you that you have to take care of your body. usually, you already know that you should be eating more or more regularly and so please follow that thought instead of the emotional part telling you not to. it is important to fuel your body. eventually I promise you, it'll feel normal again to be eating regularly and it won't make you feel nauseous if you're used to it. there are several videos about eating disorders on my channel so feel free to watch them for more tips and my personal experience

      yeah losing your period is a very serious thing. not to be mistaken by not having much bleeding some people are like this some like that but if out of irregular eating behavior or a lot of stress or a very low overall calorie intake over a longer time your body will shut down every activity that isn’t necessary to survive
