    For me sometimes I would eat and then say I’m done but I’m still hungry,but then other times I would actually eat

    Hey, your videos are absolutely beautiful and so helpful. I wanted to ask if you could make a video about dyspepsia if you want? I am affected. It's not exactly some kind of eating disorder, but I'm limited. I can only eat a little and have a constant feeling of fullness (so I'm hardly hungry.). But when I eat, I get nauseous and have a bad stomach ache. I never feel like eating because I think about what's coming. This often frustrates me. I therefore weigh too little and often have problems such as being too weak or my period is late or doesn't come at all. Dyspepsia can go away on its own, but it can come back or stay for years. I didn't want to burden you with my problems, but I would find it so comforting if there was such a video. Of course you don't have to. I was just asking. Love you. Stay happy and healthy. Your content is amazing.💜

    I don’t consider myself having an actual eating disorder. But at like 10yrs old I cut back on food to like two things or less a day and I was so excited. And even now I eat one to three times or rarely but sometime over eat.

      I’m not sure what you mean with “actual eating disorder” but in my opinion, eating habits that make you feel bad or that are motivated by insecurity and self-consciousness leading to a life style that endangers your physical health is an eating disorder, and from what you describe you seem to have one. which in itself is nothing to be judged for but you need to realise it before you can change something about it which I hope that you will try in the future. living in a cycle of restriction ne over eating is not fun and even though it takes some time you can get out of it for a happier future and a healthier lifestyle without starving or binging
