      First, talk to someone that you know irl about your health issues / depression / suicidal thoughts etc... Tell to someone that you know irl if you are suicidal etc. They will be able to help you when you will need it, and go to see a doctor a therapist a psychologist it's not a shame. Maybe that you need medicine or something because for example depression is an illness. And it's not a shame. Maybe that, you need medicine (if reliables doctors therapists psychologists tell you that you need medicine)
      Don't be ashamed of your body. If it's not dangerous for your health don't change it if you don't want to.
      And please read this entirely its very important, and share next time this message with the people that aren't okay / that are suicidal etc (in Real life and virtually, even if it seems to be a joke, because we never know when it's a joke. And even if it seems obvious that it's joke, share this message and do something, do what I will tell you to do, don't take any risks): People love and care about.       Put PVA/Elmer's glue on your hands then peel it off
      Massage where you want to hurt yourself
      Take a hot shower/bath
      Jump up and down to get some sensation in your feet
      Write or paint on yourself
      Arm wrestle with a member of your family
      Take a cold bath
      Bite into a hot pepper or chewa piece of ginger root
      Rub liniment under your nose
      Put tiger balm on the places you want to cut. (Tiger
      balm is a muscle relaxant cream that induces a
      tingly sensation. You can find it in most health food
      stores and vitamin stores.)
      be careful check that you are not allergic to certain foods / products before using them
      And never hurt yourself please

      + about love, I thought that love wasn't for me. I was like "no one want me, I will never get married, I will never fall in love..." but it was not true ! One day, it was sudden, I met a boy at work, and now we are married. So don't lose hope and share this message with everyone with your friends and with all the people that are not okay !
      And please you can kill yourself if you hurt yourself. If you cut too deep, if you cut in certain places (a vein for example) if you collapsed (if you fall you can kill yourself) if you hurt you too much, because of blood loss etc etc... so take care

    Just had a mental breakdown earlier and my mind was filled with suicidal thoughts. And now, I'm crying my eyes out. Thank god I didn't do that. It was really close.

Tell to someone that you know irl if you are suicidal etc. They will be able to help you when you will need it, and go to see a doctor a therapist a psychologist it's not a shame. Maybe that you need medicine or something because for example depression is an illness. And it's not a shame. Maybe that, you need medicine (if reliables doctors therapists psychologists tell you that you need medicine)

    First, talk to someone that you know irl about your health issues / depression / suicidal thoughts etc... Tell to someone that you know irl if you are suicidal etc. They will be able to help you when you will need it, and go to see a doctor a therapist a psychologist it's not a shame. Maybe that you need medicine or something because for example depression is an illness. And it's not a shame. Maybe that, you need medicine (if reliables doctors therapists psychologists tell you that you need medicine)
    Don't be ashamed of your body. If it's not dangerous for your health don't change it if you don't want to. Love yourself.
    And please read this entirely its very important, and share next time this message with the people that aren't okay / that are suicidal etc (in Real life and virtually, even if it seems to be a joke, because we never know when it's a joke. And even if it seems obvious that it's joke, share this message and do something, do what I will tell you to do, don't take any risks): People love and care about. Maybe you don't see it, or maybe you didn't find YET these people.If you die today you will not see your future, the things that you are able to accomplish, the dreams that you will make come true, the loves and friends that you will find…Pain heal with time.

Death is just black, emptiness, but life is full of different things.Maybe that life can be black, but life is white too, grey, it's not just black and pain heal with time, pain can disappear, problems can disappear… But when you are dead your death can't disappear.
    Yes you can be hurt while living, but death is permanent. When you are dead there is nothing else, you can't change anything about it. In your life you make bad decisions, you have regrets, but you can still do things differently after these mistakes, you can learn from your mistakes, try to repair these mistakes…

    Also, go see with different and reliables sources what to do when someone is suicidal, how you can report it, how you can report it to the police (because we need to report it. next time report when someone is suicidal, ask a question where someone is suicidal / not okay etc), go check quora topic about the subject to know how to report this kind of persons with quora (for example, when you have a question like that / a question about suicide / depression / someone who isn't okay etc you have to edit the question, edit the topics of the questions, and put “suicide” “suicide prevention” “suicide prevention lifeline" as topics etc.)

    Hold ice in your hands, against your arm, or in your mouth
    Run your hands under freezing cold water
    Drink freezing cold water
    Splash your face with cold water
    Put PVA/Elmer's glue on your hands then peel it off
    Massage where you want to hurt yourself
    Take a hot shower/bath
    Jump up and down to get some sensation in your feet
    Write or paint on yourself
    Arm wrestle with a member of your family
    Take a cold bath
    Bite into a hot pepper or chewa piece of ginger root
    Rub liniment under your nose
    Put tiger balm on the places you want to cut. (Tiger
    balm is a muscle relaxant cream that induces a
    tingly sensation. You can find it in most health food
    stores and vitamin stores.)
    be careful check that you are not allergic to certain foods / products before using them
    And never hurt yourself please
    and when you want / think / are going to hurt yourself, use the crisis hotlines and the alternatives to self harm (alternatives to feel a sensation without pain / without hurting yourself) and never hurt yourself.
    If you hurt yourself you can die because of blood loss, if you collapse and fall, if you cut to deep, if you cut in a specific place, if you hurt you too much...
    And if someone abuse(d) you / do (did) something criminal etc etc please go report this / these person(s) to the police and talk to someone (relatives friends family teacher nurse doctor counselor... You are not alone and you will not be a coward / the one in fault / a traitor etc...)
