Sir in the event of failure of both EICU then is it feesible to run the system directly from emergeny manoeuvring and what precautions to take

Hey it's a absolutely valid query and I do appreciate it......
Every commend given to ME Engines need to b processed through the MPC of EICU's.... Engine won't fire if there is failure of EICU MPC's.
The local control station is provided to deal with problems relating to communication signals from Brige or ECR control stations...if at all the command signals from these stations fail to communicate with EICU than u need to operate from Local station.
In any case EICU needs to process the signal prior further communicating with ECU's.
