For everyone wondering why this is so censored. It was a radio single, there was no chance it could played on MTV or radio in its original form, so he recorded a 'clean' version that went with the video
You just HAVE to come here next, although it's after "Doomsday Pt. 1," as well!!! The best part of this as a video was him dressed in the priestly garb the whole time, probably the main time that he did his most effective criticism visually instead of verbally, never having to say the words and still leaving that indelible image to say EVERYTHING about that contrast! Still, it does help remind you that the Doc was part of Eminem's evolution and vice versa. Each was elementally talented enough to chart, but it was bringing them together that produced an explosive new compound just by putting them in the same air while doing what they do! That beat is fire, and seeing Juice WRLD and Cordae rap their part in Doomsday 1 in that young, hungry Em style and him coming in with that bent, laid back kind of "I don't give a fruck" flow dialing down that same beat and like Em doesn't normally use is part of the magic in what he's showing! Em can do it ALL, rapping like anyone else no matter how great, but the same is NOT true in reverse! I actually think that was part of the genius that made "Crack a Bottle" so great; while Em and Dre have substance sins they address, with 50 it was that switch up in flow that literally let him have that last verse to show off telling us, "I stunt. I style. I flash the shit," as he blows through money on bottle service and hoes...which can be just as much of an addiction issue. You don't get many club bangerz on the dangers of everything you generally go to the club to do! If that doesn't tell you who is number one, I don't know what does! However, while I know that "THE culture" wants to crown Kendrick and just pretend his abilities and development had nothing to do with Em even after the infamous "Control" verse said otherwise), I think the ONE rapper that really would have been his successor is Juice, and I just wish they could have had more time without "the plug"! How much Em pays forward by giving to those in hip hop/entertainment the help and support for those issues HE got from a megastar musician who could understand is just one more thing "THE culture" [which, NO, does NOT exist in reality, because it's nothing anyone can OWN and evolves out of exchange]
