Hello from Colombia, South America: I am an insomniac person, so Is this the best sound for curing me of that? If so, Is there any other benefit of metronom sound?
Hi Valentina, yes, the metronome sound is very good in this case. Plus the sound is invaluable because it takes your mind into the altered state. An altered state, either alpha or theta, is the doorway to your subconscious mind. You have to be in an altered state to program your subconscious mind. You can also listen to Alpha sound, it helps people to overcome insomnia.
Hi my son is really stressed with his studies, he feels he’s very slow at learning 😢. Does this video help with focus and learning better if I play it when he’s studying? Or can it help if he uses it for meditation in the morning? Would appreciate you help. Thank you.
Hi :) yes - Alpha sound can impact our concentration and focus level. The process of applying it is very individual, some people love to play it while they're working or studying, some prefer it during the morning, evening or mid-day meditation. I suggest him to try it, to test it, to experience it and I believe he'll find his best way. Better and better!
Some of the positive effects of boosting Alpha waves include lowering stress, reducing anxiety, decreasing depression, improving creative thinking and concentration, healing, maintaining positive thinking. See the benefits of metronome sound in the description of this video.
@@user-fg4my1mv8t The metronome sound includes a theta sound and an alpha sound. The theta metronome sound beats at 5 cycles per second and the alpha metronome sound at 10 cycles per second. These sound is invaluable because it takes your mind into the altered state. An altered state, either alpha or theta, is the doorway to your subconscious mind. You have to be in an altered state to program your subconscious mind. A metronome is a device that was invented to assist musicians in keeping time. It's ticking sound, similar to a clock can be adjusted to different beats per minute. In 1973, a doctor specialising in curing insomniacs, wrote up "The Brady Report." In it, he described the success he had had, curing insomnia using a metronome at 60 beats per minute. This beat coincides with the heartbeat of a human at rest. His tests showed great success in also relaxing muscles and the tenseness in certain individuals.
Yes finally found the original sound!!!! Thank you so much love and peace 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
This sound is so soothing. It reminds me of being in the laundry room laying on the washing machine. Calms my body and puts me right to sleep.
