Vishen -- I am disappointed to find that what you say in your UA-cam infomercial is incorrect as far as how you learned about the Silva technique. You said you put keywords in a search engine and found one of the seminars that you then went to. In this video and I think in your talk with Lewis Howes you said you learned the Silva technique as a teenager from the Silva book that your father had. I watched that informercial several times, as it came up many times for me, and it inspired me even though part of it I now find is a lie. I guess it doesn't matter, what really matters is learning the Silva technique and you didn't create it, so that doesn't diminish the Silva technique for me. I guess I'm telling you this because you should think about what you put out on some media and what you put out on other media, because it should match so you don't lose some or all of your credibility to potential customers.

This works. I read the book in March and April. You the Healer. Did the 40 Days. Listened to Vishen’s UA-cam videos. Had a lumpectomy in April. Cancer is gone. I’ve lost weight. I feel better. I’m happier. Will be taking the Mind Valley programs.
And I WAS a lousy meditator. Not anymore.

Every morning at 6am I read a chapter of the book.
I summarized the info in my notes. Then I did the meditation.
I did a forgiveness exercise for myself and others. I sent healing thoughts to others that I know.
I printed pictures of myself that made me think of healthy moments in my life. I put these in a small photo album by my chair so I could look at them and visualize myself well and happy.
After this, I would walk for 10 or 15 minutes in the house while listening to I Am meditation by Melanie Beckler on UA-cam.
It took about 1 or 2 hours each day. It was very peaceful and calming.
Some days I catch myself with fear or doubt … but I then return to these videos and my notes. A health journey can be difficult. I’m doing the best I can to remain strong, joyful and hopeful.

So I took Silva in the 80s... I have a million stories but my favorite is after quitting college 4 times due to a learning disorder etc, (I couldn't do math), I gave it one more try. I had just taken Silva Basic in NC. I had a notice to go to my advisor's office due to a transcript issue. They insisted I take a class I knew I'd had already done. It was English so I finally gave in bc I liked English. In my frustration I said so what else do I need? He looked back at his computer and said, "That's it, you've done all your math and science." I now have 2 Masters degrees. BTW I used the mental screen and glass of water techniques. Edit to add that I was tutored my entire life, after Silva I never bought another textbook and graduated with high honors.

These are good tools for my autistic son especially. He’s so good at focusing on the pain and it gets to the point where he’s filled with anxiety. We can learn from each other where I can coach him into focusing on the healing or the solution ❤

I took the course in the early 70's when it was called Silva Mind Control. I found I could do what we call psychic readings which I did for the next 40 years personally and professionally. After I took the original course I went to Texas and took an advanced healing course from Jose and one of his daughters. I can't say I ever used the advanced course but it was great to see Jose, a genuinely lovely person. He was, by the way, very religious. I retook the original course several times for no charge which was the policy at that time. Wish they still did it that way. I emailed his daughter about that and got no response. I lent my book to a friend who manifested the love of her life; unfortunately, he left her after a while. You really have to be careful what you ask for..
In life we keep evolving. What we ask can change too. What matters is to enjoy what we have now and then let it go.
I too lent my basic book and it was never returned. After basic I took a course by Jen Cosia, maybe called Silver Super Mind? I didn't live near anyone so never got the chance to be in a cottage group. However about 20 years later meet someone who had taken the course and we worked some cases together, I still had it!

I used to watch a lot of motivation videos and different techniques and all. At the end what I realized was, get some basic information, get off your ass and start working. your brain will figure out the things through trial and error. People who achieved great things doesn't know this techniques there brain will figure out through trial and error, experiences.
Small tip: ask some good questions like what if, why not regarding ur feild or study or whatever it may be, because curiosity will help in focusing on things and will drive us.

I've been following MindValley since the ealry 2000s, I remember the daisy pond... I bought the Silva Ultramind program but I must confess I haven't been very diligent in my practice. I do intent to start the course from scratch in a few weeks time.
I have learned a lot from MindValley but if I may, I'd like to point something out for possible improvement - I feel that in an effort to keep the course short, both in terms of daily activity and total course time, certain lessons and meditations were sped through; especially for people who have difficulties visualising or are new to it.

@@IFeelPositiveLife apparently not. . First you have to tell the universe what the problem is. In the course you have to visualize the problem several times before you get to the solution. But it's spread out throughout the day.

This video was awesome. Without I having such a scripted step by step method. I was manifesting in such a similar way. With these prescribed steps, I can now flow through my historical process with these in mind. To harness this ability will spook you at first while you are front seat to the unfolding. Then the navigation ease will come. Keep in mind not to become judgmental of other people who does not harness this ability. Once you share your abilities they will surely become judgemental of you. Nonetheless stay the course.
Enlightenment is real and better crafted and enjoyed when you have a partner. Crafting alone can be very exhausting. So find a partner(s) and enjoy!

The book “The Silva mind control” is being on my nightstand for the past 25 years… I have followed the steps I have used the method. It really works…
The methods are described in the book - but you still have to do the work, and that is where the crux is.
- you really have to devote yourself to it within the 5 to 10 minutes.
While you do the protocol visualization - it it’s a complete tune out of your reality. That is the only way it works - everything else is wishful thinking.

Still in the process of getting my new company started. It's taking a lot longer than I am used to, but Silva absolutely works. Give yourself some time for habits to find their rhythm. The beginning always feels a little different. It may be a few days or a few weeks or longer for them to become familiar. It doesn't matter. You will hit your stride.

I had this power as a kid. It came to me in steady ways while I was in the midst of violent chaos and made all my dreams come true (top university, successful film career, amazing partner, good friends) but it all fell apart when I turned 30 and realized I didn’t want to be married, with kids and a mortgage… the stigma of not wanting the things my favorite people wanted harmed my whole sense of self. I’d simply failed to imagine what I DID want.
It’s good to be reminded of how this works.

Interesting. I had never heard of the Silva method when l used a technique to find golf balls I had hit into deep rough, even when the sun was in my eyes & I had lost sight of the ball.
Worked every time. I would hear a beep, beep sound in my head that changed frequency as I zeroed in towards the ball.
This also works in finding graves in very large cemeteries.
