This Binaural Beat Track was produced in a professional recording studio (the studio picture at the beginning of the video is where I made it).

It was designed to help those who want to create personal inductions / lucid dreaming and connect with the superpower of their subconscious.
It is made out of a Pure 55hz Sine Wave (left carrier) and a 61hz, (right carrier). It creates intervals of 6hz (THETA). Included, a dimmed rhythm to help you NOT enter into a deep sleep (Delta Mode). Like Einstein was holding a rock in his hand so if it fell off his hand would wake him up! The dimmed rhythm will keep you out of Delta State. Einstein made most of his discovery in a Theta state because his conscient mind was not in the way!
Note the oscilloscope between the earphones at the beginning of the video. There you can see the pure sine waves. The top left wave is 55hz and the bottom at 61hz. There you can see the crossing of intervals.

In a quiet environment lay back in a comfortable position and let your brain get in sync with The Theta Wave Pattern. Make sure not to put it too loud. Earbuds are the best for this purpose because they mute most of the environment's sounds.
Now you need to induce the sub-conscience mind, existing within you and in other dimensions than the flesh. The Power Of You !! Begin by clearing negative thoughts BEFORE falling into the numbness that will eventually kick in. Don't stress over it by letting it all go. Ask for the power of inner PEACE... I just entered theta voluntarily for the 1st time. My focus surprised me, I saw my manifested desired self, I saw my manifested wife, my penthouse, even my Rolex Daytona. Something that I can recall very vividly is how there was a voice -my voice- narrating how everything happened. It felt like my future self was updating the old self who just showed up.

I work construction as a commercial/industrial electrician and also teach electrical theory in a classroom setting. I’m also a musician, so I’m very familiar with the concept of frequency, vibration, sine waves, etc. my work environment is often filled with high frequency dissonance (metal cutting, concrete drilling, etc) which is often a stress trigger for me (even with auditory protection). These low frequency oscillations just above subsonic (combined with the induced subsonic frequency) really loosen my mind and bring me back into a calm state. And uninterrupted by annoying ads! This is my experience of listening to a binaural frequency without any guidance. I did not expect anything to happen, but I was surprised by the results. Here are the stages I went through:
- Stage one: I felt a weird pressure in my chest, like I was breathing deeper than usual. It was a nice feeling.
- Stage two: My arms and legs started to tingle, and it was very enjoyable. It felt like electricity running through my body.
- Stage three: I began to hear different sounds in my head, depending on what I imagined. The more vivid my imagination, the louder the sounds.
- Stage four: My body started to vibrate, and it was very intense. It felt like I was being pulled and pushed by some force. My hands felt like they were floating above my bed. Then, I entered a lucid dream, but I woke up soon after. I realized I was lucid dreaming when I woke up, 53 minutes into the video.

I have tried everything for months to help me hopefully have lucid dreams or an obe.. I started with dream recall and trying to get clearer mental images bc i needed help with both. I took baby steps. I've tried TONS of guided meditations and other binaural beats and have had nothing more than a few blurry dreams I half remember. I just meditated with this and got so deep in that it took me a minute and I finally realized " hey this is really vivid... wait I'm still awake!" Then when I got too excited everything instantly went black but I couldn't believe I finally got there. I never leave comments on here but I had to leave one that was huge for me! Thank you!

This music channel and a few others along with a healthy dose of self reflection really were a few of the fundamental keys to shedding and dispersing my 10 years of depression and ptsd. Thank you. I'm finally over the hump, I can easily reclaim my balance at anytime when needed each day. I still slip back into old feelings and habits occasionally (not substances) but so much easier to jump right back into a positive mood. One other thing, a very supportive family really helps. I was meditating at first with the sounds, then I don't remember, but maybe after 15 mins I lay down and 30 mins later it was as if I slept but awake. Last time I experienced that, was during my 10 days silent retreat in Vipassana, I used to almost dreamt during my night meditation before bed and it felt so vivid. Same here, but this time, within a chaotic day to day environnement lol. Great experience.

I’m wearing AirPods Pro’s and one of them died while listening and what I could hear in my right ear was very interesting, I took them both out and I could hear a faint heartbeat thump in my skull, almost as if I was listening to my brain pulsate….it brought me to a state of consciousness I’ve missed for years due to anxiety and high levels of stress, I became one because of the theta

I can't believe that this channel doesn't have more subscribers... this is the best channel that I have found for binaural beats. There are so many channels that claim to make binaural beats, but in actuality, they are NOT actually binaural beats... they're just music or sonically interesting sounds that are not splitting the frequencies in stereo in order to produce the binaural beat to happen as a result of pairs of frequencies that are close in pitch and hard panned left and right, so there's no actual beat that is triggered and heard in the brain/consciousness/being-ness... I went through at least 100+ videos that claimed to be binaural beats and 97% were not at all!!!
I actually made some comments to explain exactly what binaural beats are on some of those videos and I got attacked and berated because of it. Granted after going through so many of them I was frustrated and annoyed, so my state of mind when I wrote some of them certainly came through in my writing and I wasn't proud of that, but after going back and reading them it was clear that I wasn't attacking or belittling or passing any form of critical judgment upon the makers of those videos, it just sounded like the person that wrote it was annoyed and I did make a point to emphasize that it sounded cool and was relaxing, but I could see how the people that put the time, effort and care into making those videos could take it the wrong way and possibly take it personally. I ended up apologizing and asking to excuse and forgive my comments, explaining exactly what and why I was frustrated and annoyed and felt the need to explain binaural beats. Not everyone responded with understanding, overstanding nor innerstanding, but I did what I could.
Anyways, thank you for your videos. I love and appreciate them. I wish you the success you deserve and I wish you well.

Jesus Christ! i've never dreamt like i did last night! this might sound like a nightmare to some people but it was awesome!
I got to fight inter-dimensional zombies made from liquid Mercury!(strange)! but I took out like 30 of them with my bare hands. Then I bought like a strange tie-dye colored rifle and I was about to go dish out the hate when I woke up.
Any zombie dream that I have had in the past has never been actually interactive, I've always had that feeling of trying to run away while underwater,
but in this dream I was actually
conscious and in control! and I remember all of it, still even eight hours later! and there were many other details and many other things that happened. The experience lasted for many hours,
my dreams in the past seemed to have lasted only a few minutes. I didn't think this was possible great job buddy keep up the good work on the videos!

AS I mentioned before in comments, I'm going to try Dream Yoga from a book written by Andrew Holecek. It's Lucid Dreaming but more than Lucid Dreaming. You start at just Lucid Dreaming but have to go through the "level of ignorance", which is were all the spiders, demons and dark entities of the mind dwell. We have to learn to push through that portal to get to the divine and experience realms even beyond the concepts of Heaven. Thought it may be of interest to you.
Apparently, it also involves a lot of day-time meditation to come to a realization that even the waking life is also just a dream too.
I see light flashes in my mind.

This feels like work, but not in a litteral sense. My body and mind feels like been working out, actually doing something that is tasking in a way. I don't know where this work leads to. At this point can't describe it as something good or bad, it's something I've never experienced like that before, my brain is trying to pinpoint this sensation to something it already know, but all I'm getting it's "work, this creates response in me, like mechanism is working".
