Looks so good! I just made a flour seasoning of onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika. I didn't have any buttermilk, but I just used some milk, and 3 whisked eggs and some hot sauce.
My daughter gave us some habanero honey. I'm going to use that instead of the siricha and see how it works. I didn't see the recipe for the all purpose flour mixture. Since I'm planning to try his for dinner, maybe you could post that today? Thanks for posting this recipe. It looks delicious!

I would love to learn how to make it even if it’s just the rice and chicken shawarma

I think I will give this a try this weekend. I know sometimes you will do a copycat recipe, so I’m going to ask if you would try to replicate Chester’s fried chicken. Is my favorite and I can only find 1 recipe that did a copycat of it. After reading the recipe, I’m not having a lot of hope in it. Love watching your videos, I have many of your recipes. Looks good except the deep frying, since they tend to get overcooked and dry. I'd prefer slow pan cooking without oil instead.
