I suffer from insomnia and a lot of times i need medicine like melatonin to help me sleep, but i cant take it everynight, bc my body gets adjusted to it quickly. Jason I've had a beautiful day off from work where I have been experiencing terrifying panic attacks. I will listen to this tonight. Hopefully I can listen to this uninterrupted and continually without stopping. I would be eternally grateful if you created a sleep meditation for people who have BFRBs (body focused repetitive behaviors) specifically cheek biting. I cannot seem to stop nomatter how much medicine or therapy I do 😢
My problem is that I have no idea what you say because I'm assleep within minutes 😮. I just have to trust that whatever it is, it's beneficial 😅. Listening to your youtube is the only way I can get to sleep.

Just after 5:30am and I'm nervous about a doctors appointment later today. Decisions have to be made, choices weighed and maybe a new injection tried to help control hormones, gastro symptoms, pain, chronic fatigue and moods, etc. Because of a flare-up of fibro fog and pain, as well as my bipolar symptoms, I am having a hard time focusing on pros and cons and making a decision. I hope this meditation will help me to let go of it all and sleep for a little while this morning before I need to get up and prepare for the appointment. Maybe after I sleep I will be able to focus. Thankyou for all your help over the years I've been listening to you on here. You help make life liveable. Before I was simply existing but now I'm living. Very stressful time lately, trying to complete the sale of my house, coming to terms with a neuro degenerative condition and work stress beyond imaginable. Listened to this on Sunday and it really calmed my mind. Helped me deal with the mother of all work stress yesterday. Listened again now. I am calm, centred and grounded. Hi Jason, I found you on UA-cam a number of years ago, so much so when I can' t get to sleep I find one of your meditations and usually that's all I need, Your voice is soothing. However last night I was awakened by the seagulls nesting on my roof and also some neighbours making some racket protecting their young they visit every year from April, lay their eggs, and stay until the young can fly . They are very protective. So I found this meditation and it got me back to sleep. Thank you👍 I live near the river Clyde in Bonnie Scotland, Greetings from Helensburgh😘
These beautiful screen savers on any UA-cam video or channel are amazing to me. I hate these anxious thoughts, cuz of issues im facing has me in fear. I have healed allot, but go back to them & pains & picking at ears at the pains upper body middle back almost & lower back all resides there & arms, etc upper section of body crown 👑 head, ofc where it starts first. Id love ro go to that concentrated energy place here in USA nature place i found out out about recently so maybe id get rooted chrakras spirit alignment delivered totally once & for all changed never pulled back by bad things, emotions, etc. All bad energies out. Intution connection with all that's good & lightm

Hi Ive experiences sleep paralysis a good few times in last few months and feel out nesr bedtime now as I'll obsess about it and worry when falling asleep I'm parslysised and won't be to wake up and be stuck. Could anyone give me tips? Any supplements that help or what to think about when sleeping?

Like if you use any certain smells or sprays to help you sleep.If you don't do anything like that then you could maybe list things that might help but If you don't feel comfortable with that then don't feel any pressure. ❤️

Just after 5:30am and I'm nervous about a doctors appointment later today. Decisions have to be made, choices weighed and maybe a new injection tried to help control hormones, gastro symptoms, pain, chronic fatigue and moods, etc.
Because of a flare-up of fibro fog and pain, as well as my bipolar symptoms, I am having a hard time focusing on pros and cons and making a decision.
I hope this meditation will help me to let go of it all and sleep for a little while this morning before I need to get up and prepare for the appointment. Maybe after I sleep I will be able to focus.

Very stressful time lately, trying to complete the sale of my house, coming to terms with a neuro degenerative condition and work stress beyond imaginable. Listened to this on Sunday and it really calmed my mind. Helped me deal with the mother of all work stress yesterday. Listened again now. I am calm, centred and grounded. Hi Jason, I found you on UA-cam a number of years ago, so much so when I can' t get to sleep I find one of your meditations and usually that's all I need,
Your voice is soothing.
However last night I was awakened by the seagulls nesting on my roof and also some neighbours making some racket protecting their young they visit every year from April, lay their eggs, and stay until the young can fly . They are very protective. So I found this meditation and it got me back to sleep. Thank you👍

These beautiful screen savers on any UA-cam video or channel are amazing to me. I hate these anxious thoughts, cuz of issues im facing has me in fear. I have healed allot, but go back to them & pains & picking at ears at the pains upper body middle back almost & lower back all resides there & arms, etc upper section of body crown 👑 head, ofc where it starts first. Id love ro go to that concentrated energy place here in USA nature place i found out out about recently so maybe id get rooted chrakras spirit alignment delivered totally once & for all changed never pulled back by bad things, emotions, etc. All bad energies out. Intution connection with all that's good & lightm

Hi Ive experiences sleep paralysis a good few times in last few months and feel out nesr bedtime now as I'll obsess about it and worry when falling asleep I'm parslysised and won't be to wake up and be stuck. Could anyone give me tips? Any supplements that help or what to think about when sleeping?
