Wings out can mean anything from stall speed to mach 0.6, which especially down low, like 5000ft or lower, can be from 0 to 400 knots. P.P.S. It may sound counterintuitive, but in the big bird, your best game plan may actually be taking the fight up at the merge, the higher you go, the less knots he has per mach, the further back his wings will be, the less lift he has per alpha. I doubt the AI in BMS can do manual override, so should out turn him much more easily.
