@@Emshomesucculentgarden it does. They grow so slow because I don't have grow light and I did it during winter time..
I know the feeling coz I had propagated some leaf with out grow light during winter for comparison and your right it’s really slow .

I have 2 heads of lovely rose EMS but the rosettes is a. Bit bigger than 5 cents. I hope it will grow bigger.

Oh the lovely rose! They propagate so easy and it is my absolute favorite Succulent. Currently I have about 43 of them but they are probably no bigger than an American quarter I do have three large ones left but I just cannot wait for them all to grow !!

I did EXACTLY the same thing at the exact same time with the lovely rose EXCEPT no light. I have about 10 babies BUT mine won’t grow more than 8mm each head 😖😭😭😭
I did lavender pebbles, plopped a leaf in a tiny pot 20 pots, put them on a metal shelf in north facing back garden. I got 17 baby plants sprout with 25 heads! I love both. One no problem, one sooooo difficult!
Hi Moira, thank you for the visit. With the lovely rose try to exposed it to morning direct sun and try to water it At least twice a week. I let my lovely rose exposed to the winter rain and to my surprise it grows thicker and bigger leaf. Just try a few or one. And see how it goes

Thank you so much Maria Elsa, I will try to make a video for you and share to you how I look after my succulent during winter. I still loose a few succulent during winter but I do experiment and try to acclimate them before winter comes so first week of autumn I will expose them outside and see if they can handle it or not.
Hi Em's, your Lovely Rose's are beautiful! It's one i haven't in my collection as yet. You got yourself a real bargain from your local lady, i notice Greenland has them but asking 16 dollars each for them, i will get one some time but i tended to think that 16 dollars could be 3 of other succulents to get. lol. The grow light is the way to go they just boom ahead in growth compared to the usual way. I would one day like to do basket like pot jammed packed with them so they looked like a bouquet, you can't beat a succulent that looks like a rose it is a pity they didn't have a fragrance like them. lol.
Hi Penny, Lovely Rose is expensive at the moment your right just for one piece it’s cost much. Your idea of putting them together like a bouquet is brilliant I will propagate more so I can do that arrangement too. I been in green land few times the first time I visit them their price was reasonable but this time their price went up too.
Amazing results! Just wondering what soil you are using and how often do you water the leaf props?
Hi John I used a premium potting mix and I mix it up with perlite sometimes I mix premium potting mix with succulent and cacti mix and perlite1:1:1 ratio and I water my prop every second day the one in the cup and the one in the tray is everyday coz they dry quicker.
I don’t have lovely rose succulents…
Does it changed colors when stress out ?
Grow light 💡 helps them to grow beautifully …
They don’t change colour so far on me I just got it this year last autumn.it’s just 6 months in my care😁

Hi James I started using the grow light early autumn through winter and most of my propagation from autumn to winter are ready to be put outside the green house and I’m starting a new batch of leaf propagation this spring and I will still put it under grow light for another 3 months and I decided to give it a rest this summer
