Palworld changed the gaming industry forever. It exposed these big billion dollar companies for being lazy frauds. Palworld accomplished what every AAA has failed to and Palworld hardly had a budget. Why did we have to suffer for so many years, buying a copy and paste Pokemon game for full price before getting a game like this? Why did it take an indie dev to strong arm Nintendo into giving us and open world Pokemon game that's actually FUN? These companies are lazy and the bottom line is we need to stop buying their crap.

Palworld is another in the line of viral survival/base-builder indie games that tend to come up every year or two, it's really nothing that special. I have nothing against Palworld, as this is a proven route for indie devs to make their way in the industry, but to call it revolutionary in any regard is a bit silly, in my opinion.
Gaming is being saved right before my eyes but I'm still stuck on old gen consoles 😔

i agree with most of these statements exept for people who have a garbage pc with not enough space for palworld exept for the fact that COD is a reskin and is 79 gb thats just scamming.

It’s not new at all that a company would copy from another website seen this with DC vs Marvel. Marvel even has their own version of the justice league which is similar to the justice lords more specifically called the squadron supreme. Even Invincible made their own version of the justice league. Pokemon unite copied league of legends, Valorant is just CSGO with powers, Call of duty and Battlefield copy from each other, and the pokemon games are just the same god damn game over and over the only differences you can argue are the gimmick which is just a reskin of mega evolutions and the story somewhat is different though it still follows the same formula.

plus remember palworld is still in early acess meaning they will add more stuff to the game as time passes they would be stupid if they didnt. meaning even more innovative content could arrive to shit on pokemon and other shovelware

Palworld is a reskin of Craftopia xD So it's wired to say how reskinning the game is bad, when developers of Palworld done exactly same thing.
not at all, just looked at gameplay, the only similarities are ui and basic mechanics, other than that the two games branch off completely, with craftopia being BOTW inspired with it's combat and gliding, palworld likely took inspiration from craftopia, and applied some things of it to their game, like gliders
@@bobbyminable1294 Design of landmarks is very similar, building/crafting mechanics, boss domains. When I look at Craftopia i see early version of Palworld. It's not a problem in my opinion, problem is that Craftopia is still in Early Access, and now one developer have two very similar games in development and is selling them through Early Access. This is pretty shady.
You do know that the game mostly uses Unity’s base assets and also uses a lot of ideas from Ark: Survival Evolved right? Not to mention the somewhat obvious references to Pokémon… I’m not saying it’s bad, but saying some of the style and stuff has never been done before feels a bit false
It’s fun though, and a hell lot fresher than a lot of stuff right now, way more fresh than what Pokémon has been doing recently, I just hope the devs aren’t all too overwhelmed over the mixed reception of the game, at least on its origins…
I did say in the video it’s not very original. When I did say “it’s never been done before” I mean that big AAA games aren’t making an innovative game like this. They keep giving us bs. Palworld is basically 5 games that currently exist, put into one

@@Jdyo But this game ISNT innovative, that's what they're saying to you. It's literally just a mish mash of mechanics that have already been done in many other games including pokemon and ark survival. There is not a single bit of innovation in this game at all period. Mashing a bunch of other games that already exist into one game isnt innovation, it's a lack of creativity. The actual definition of innovation/innovative is "new ideas; original and creative thinking" and you just said that you know the game isnt very original/original at all. The lack of creativity and originality means that this game is not innovative period.
@@starlette7820It's not about a new mechanics that make palworld so innovative it's the way they mix and mash the already existing mechanics in a way that is fun for the consumer.

I think it's a little bit of a stretch to give palworld the title of "the one reason" the companies are getting exposed, problems like these has been present in the gaming industry for quite a while and they're definetely not underseen. I think the only reason why it seems that everyone is "just realizing" about these problems in the industry is because of possibly purposefuly created controversies regarding the game's reputation in terms of character design. The amount of attention it got because of this, made people want to side with a "different enough" game, because its giving them the bare minimum in terms of the monster collectior genre, i understand this game is still in development and early access, but i doubt the art direction is gonna be any different than it already is right now, im not undermining the problems that the triple a industry has right now, its actually very poor and worrying and i hope something changes, but i really doubt palworld is the savior to end all of the problems, i feel the celebration of this games success is a bit overdone, the monster collector genre could be a hell of a lot more original and innovative than whatever palworld is trying to do. hopefully the devs take this into consideration and do try to change the art direction this game has cus im gonna be real it really looks like a mobile game, and ive seen better looking indie games that deserve a lot more attention than this. I wish people weren't blinded by the hatred of the pokemon company to justify praising a more than average looking game, that definetely feels uninspired in its art direction, there a lot of other indie project that deserve that love more.
