MODE vs GDEMU (v5.15)

- I still prefer MODE cause it has more options and can handle larger storage.
The only advantage GDEMU has over MODE is speed and price.
GDEMU - $30.00 +
MODE - $200.00 ~
Also I tested Slow MODE. It's supposed to allow certain games to work (what games, I have no idea).
Only the official GDEMU can be upgraded. Also Mode has SATA, USB, and MicroSD support up to 2TB. Mode can use FAT32 or EXFAT. GDEMU can only use SD cards and 64GB Officially.
I have used a 128GB MicroSD card in my GDEMU and it's limited to FAT32.

What compatibility issues does the GDEMU have? I haven't heard anything regarding that.
The GDEMU is actually hard to find, and most of what is on the market happens to be Chinese clones -- not recommended at all. The MODE may be a lot more money, but you have a lot more compatibility and features involved with it. I use a lot of my information based off of another UA-camr, he's my Gold Standard -- so when he suggested I go with the MODE, I looked into it a bunch more ... And yeah.

Hmm..Mode is so much more expensive though. Are there known problems with GDEMU?? I just don't want to spend money either way and then regret not doing the other. Good video btw!
I know I'm 6 months late but... Assuming your rips are good in the first place, the GDEmu has no big problems really. Both have problems with the same 3 games but the GDEmu also has other games it works with MODE doesn't, and both have the same features beyond extra storage device and load speed options on the MODE. You can also reinstall the MODE in a number of other consoles, but that's pretty much it.
What HDD did you use in the mode?

The Mode is a little more colorful?
I was wondering what command is used in the control to go from cd1 to cd2 using mode.
in games that have more than cd1.

To be fair you were using an admin card in the gdemu and a ssd in the MODE.. not really a fair comparison tbh..
Admin card? It's just a SanDisk SD card. And MODE had a Seagate 5400 RPM HDD not SSD.
