GDEMU may seem faster, but remember not all SD cards are built for speed. The speed of the card is the speed of GDEMU. I also find it strange that T-MODE was slower in all tests (with an SSD). I'm going to do my own review on this when I get my T-MODE. I already have a GDEMU and it's buggy as hell. Then again, mine is a clone so that might be the problem. Thanks for the video, it was very informative.
And also depends on how we set up our SD Cards (as well of choosing the highest class card, such as class 10) during the format process, such as setting the cluster/allocation size, must be set with the highest number, such as 64kilobytes, by using GUIformat software, that will make the loading faster, despite we own a GDEMU clone module
I'm watching this trying to ascertain what the benefit of a Mode is over the GDemu (other than Saturn compatibility). The speed thing is a negligible difference IMO. Is there a difference with regard to reliability or durability over time? The price difference is enormous.
I don't know how to compare reliability and durability. I think MODE is larger in terms of the scale of its creators' activities, and I think we can expect more updates in the future. However, I prefer GDEMU because it's more compact and easier to handle.
Mode has better compatibility, more options, fewer crashes (my GDEMU crashes often), and can be upgradable. Only the official GDEMU can be upgraded. Also Mode has SATA, USB, and Micro SD support up to 2TB. GDEMU can only use SD cards and 64GB Officially (I have used a 128GB in my GDEMU).
The ultimate test for speed comparision is Solider of Fortune, that game take forever to load on the GDROM, fairly faster on the GDEMU and no better than the GDROM with the MODE from a SSD connected to the USB port.
terraonion is better, compatible with both va0 and va1 versions and has no problem with the 5v voltage of va0 and 3.3v of va1. while Gdemu is only compatible with the va1 model and you must modify the va1 model to receive the correct voltage.
I still use my good ol' GR-ROM drive. If I want to emulate the games, I'll just do it on PC in HD with buttery smooth FPS (Maybe a CRT filter for old time's sake.)
Kandungan video sangat baik, tahniah

amazing!
Which one is best for game that have multi disc like Skies of Arcadia? I played on pc emulator rei-cast or demu it is very buggy
Buena comparación
GDEMU, way to go.
cool. gdemu is the best
Conclusion. I switch from SSD to as card on my pc. Will see through how many as cards I broke on a year 😂
the GDEMU is better than the Terraonion?
oh which one is the best?

For almost 300 bucks the MODE via SSD should not be slower than the $100 GDEMU.
My clone GDEMU was faster than my MODE is.
And he is using an old slow SD card on GDEMU by today's standard
Do an update on mode. And update on speed. Then redo test.
gdemu power....
