Jokes aside if you are choked from behind just take a knee. Don't go down slowly, go down to your knee in a dynamic and fluid motion ending up in a position like you were going to tie your shoe. This will put all your body weight on your attackers arm so you can break the lock, if they hang on, they will be going on a ride to say the least lol

Lol yeah if the person is weak and inexperienced. An experienced counter to a bigger person catching you off guard like this is to tuck your chin as much as possible and rotate your head with the choke, which will alleviate almost all of the pressure immediately as well as your using your 2 hands on the 1 arm on your chin pushing it away.
Then, you combine this with dropping to a knee ONLY after youve taken thier attention off of possible counters like that because you are actively defending the choke, which will be the aggressors main concern 99% of the time.
I used to let ppl lay heavier than me lay on top of me and put me in a full nelson, and then escape. And I'm 200 lbs. I wrestle though, but still, everyone should know these techniques I've come to utilize and never have concern being caught in anything by anyone.
This is why everyone should have a conceal able knife on them,nothing breaks a hold faster then stab to attacker abdomen or to their sides.
Guarantee to break that hold and maybe their life 🤣

@@superbuu122 well unless you think people can reach your level of skill quickly or easily, what you would do as a long term wrestler isn't relevant to the average person or attacker. This basic escape wouldn't work on someone like you because it's not designed to. There different ways of disabling a skilled attacker but those obviously require much more skill and practice. Hardly something that could be properly communicated through a UA-cam comment.
