yes because in 99% of walmarts all mngmnt does is treat associates like shit and zone endcaps...... and sit in the AP office and promptly disappear when they're needed
No lies told, I used to work at Target for about 10yrs and when the district/regional managers came store management was in panic mode. I worked the backroom and they would expect us to answer whatever questions they asked, basically quizzing us to see if we gave the appropriate response. I always liked getting trained by the perfect worker and one of these guys, that way if the boss was watching, im the best worker hes ever seen. When they gone i could chill without getting in trouble.
I am a teacher and even if we are not teaching 1st period, the secretary takes the sign in sheet away at 8:45 am. She marks us late at 8:46. No grace. Just hassle. Despite the fact we always stay late and work through lunch.
Yeah, you have to be careful about that! I teach people how to do things the RIGHT way and then they can learn their shortcuts as they go. They can learn all the tips and tricks and methods to “get around” certain things. But you can’t rely on these people to teach you because you never know like if these people are on their second or third strike themselves. Management sees everything…👀

1. This shit so accurate, wow 2. This the typa orientation that helps you keep your job longer... with training like this, you don't get fired. You fire yourself or u quit 💯
This is very true. The person who is honest with you about how things are run, when you can do things, when you have to pick it up if management is around, and shift tips and who to and not to work with, they’re the real MVPs.
As the type of person who used to train this way, I have to say it's wrong. You think you're hooking them up but you're just promoting laziness and setting them up for failure.
