Hi 2 things. At 20:36 you told him to go 2nd exit straight ahead towards weybridge. But he puts his right signal on and treats it as a right turn. Why is that? Secondly 23:08 you told him 3rd exit and when he gets off the 3rd exit he doesn’t shift back into the left lane. Isn’t that a serious fault? Please do let me know Thank you!!!
Hi there. Thanks for getting in touch. At 20:36 maybe Julian felt it was more of a right turn rather than a straight ahead. His signals did not interfere with or cause confusion to any other road users so no faults there. At 23:08 you can exit either in the right or left lane. Left lane if safe to do so but using the right is fine. You should return to the left lane for normal driving when safe to do so (which Julian did eventually). If you stay in the right lane and cause someone to overtake you in the left lane or prevent others from using the overtaking lane then you might fail (these events did not happen so no faults). Please remember to subscribe... many thanks
Thanks for responding quickly. Extremely helpful. Got my test in chertsey on Friday at 8am. And idea what route they might cover? I think u did a 8am route on chertsey for one of your vids I just can’t find it

Hi there. You'll have to watch the start of the video to find out as I can't remember I'm afraid... it was many moons ago when made that particular video.
