I am in disbelief that her life is literally perfectly planned, exercised AND healthy. Normally I would sleep till like twelve eat pizza for breakfast and sit in my bed all day watching Netflix 🤭
so start healthy habits. wake up at 6am. eat more fruits. drink more water. exercise often. clean your room. start doing these things at least twice a week and slowly increase over time. you can do it, i can do it, everyone else can too.
