It does hurt but it is so soothing after. It temporarily helps the pain but it helps significantly with healing!! The more you do it the better it will feel, and it becomes easier to speak/eat.

I get those sores all the time. If you don’t want to buy medication just swish around some salt water. Otherwise, oragel makes a rinse that always cures mine. Told manage the pain they also make a numbing gel that I put on them before I eat. After eating I use the rinse to wash it out.

My mom worked for a dentist forever and any ulcers/sores you can put hydrogen peroxide on a cotton bud or pour it on there. Itll bubble for a minute and obviously don’t swallow that. Rinse your mouth real quick and you should be good to go. It’ll take like a week and it’ll hurt a bit but then out of nowhere it’ll be healing

Hi lauren if u get those things on your tongue get a small cup,fill it with water then put a spoon of salt then gurgle a sip of it! It should help also u can keep the rest of the liquid since u do it when u wake up before hed and after lunch

I used to get mouth ulcers when I was stressed or bit my tongue. I started taking 500 mg of vitamin C everyday and I haven’t had one in about 2 years!!!
Lysine is an absolute life saver! I used to laugh that my dad told me to use it for basically everything but it really is a lifesaver and it heals it so much quicker than anything else!

I have mouth ulcers quite frequently, the best thing is a mouthwash by Orajel for ulcers. It works really well and also is meant to prevent them from reoccurring!

warm water with salt in in. Swish around your mouth, over gums and tongue. Should help soothe and heal your mouth! I do a saltwater swish every day to keep inflammation of my gums down and it really helps when I get a mouth sore or burn my mouth or bite my tongue or the inside of my cheek!
You can mix baking soda with water to make a paste and put it on the ulcer or mix salt with warm water and rinse your mouth
Oh if you swish warm water and salt in your mouth it helps

For ulcers or just about any type of in mouth sores, as well as sore throats, swishing luke warm salt water would be a good idea. Slightly warm.
I hope this works out for you if you are still having the sore on your tongue.
Orajel for numbing the pain of the mouth sore too.
You should buy this sort of cream/gel called iglu and you put it on the ulser and it gets rid of it a lot quicker and takes away the pain.
For mouth ulcers: there’s this gel called bonjela best thing ever, numbs the area and helps it heal. (I think it’s called something like Xylocaine in the US)

If you could find some, I chew a single clove, but don’t swallow. You hold the herb and just wait till your mouth starts salivating. Once it starts salivating go spit out the clove pieces and rinse thoroughly. Clove is actually a natural numbing ingredient. It what I do every time I get ulcers in my mouth (I always get once a month because of stress 😓😓) BTW, I’m super addicted to all your videos!! ❤️❤️❤️
