The wires at 3:05 I took off my plastics to paint them and then plugged those wires back and flipped the switch now idk if I plugged em wrong but my bike doesn’t turn on no matter which order I plug them in but if I connect the charger the power button lights up if I flip to ON position but it still doesn’t go.do I need to possibly change the fuse or did I mess something up? Also what’s the correct way to plug those wires? I believe the black goes where it says on and the other 2 red I’m not sure
I was riding my Mx 400 then I went home then I had a idea to ride my bike with the charger on and it didn’t end well my dad bought me a charger because the other one broke but every time I charge it it doesn’t charge so maybe if you can help me out
Does anybody know what allen screw is needed to take off the batteries? I recently traded mi old ps4 for one of these and the bike charges slow aswell as it goes very slow even with fulk charge. I know its not the motor because if it were it wouldnt even be able to turn on. Its not the throttle either nor the control since i can hear a small click somewhat like when trying to start a car meaning both the throttle & control work fine aswell. I wanna take out the batteries but on one side its a torx screw & the other looks like a allen screw but ive tried filling it with all the allens i have and the screws still wont come off. The bike was previously owned by someone else by the way. If it helps, my bike is this exact model and color
Here is a higher capacity one that should fit just fine. www.amazon.com/Monster-Motion-Battery-Capacity-Versions/dp/B01M8EY4W6?crid=3HI7NXHQ6EXAG&keywords=razor+mx350+battery&qid=1687814763&sprefix=razor+mx350%2Caps%2C127&sr=8-8&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.006c50ae-5d4c-4777-9bc0-4513d670b6bc&linkCode=ll1&tag=greatwhitenin-20&linkId=7072c14a9fae562c2767365510970fd5&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
I'm sorry that it isn't more ready to go. I made this video right after I got the bike to show how to get to the battery. I have not had to actually replace it yet, so I am not experienced with replacement batteries.

Thanks
Welcome
I have a bigger model and is DOA dead on arrival. not charging, not working.
Everyone gets a defective model once in a while.
I'm changing mine and they don't have the connectors
Like the new battery has no connectors?
