As someone who did not like the silicone tips from the pros I’m going with the 4’s. More comfortable for me and I’ll take whatever noise cancelation it offers. Update: I got them. Fit in my ear perfectly and the anc is better than I thought it would be. Yes not as good as the pros or pro max but still very good and like I stated before as long as it had anc I was good with it.

Gotta say i am disappointed with noise cancelling on pro 2 when biking...the wind noise is excessive and i have the proper silicon fit. My Jabra 75T is so much better on wind noise when biking. Other than that the Pro2 is very good. Volume swipe is however finicky...also, the Jabra tells you by voice what your mode (ANC, hear through, off). The Pro2 doesn't say anything and I don't want to look at phone.
I prefer the non pro fit, because those silicone so called sealed tips makes my ear itch …. Bottom line I don’t feel comfortable having them on my ears. I’ll go from 3 to 4 (179£) definitely

i stumbled on a deal and bought a pro 2 cheaper than airpods 4 anc. do you think it is a smart choice? (i actually like the open ear better on standart airpods)
Great video, I wish Apple went more in depth on how the sound has been improved and how good the mic will be on the 4's, I've pre ordered ANC version but debating wether to cancel if the mic isn't improved.
There was a lot of sound leakage that I experienced on the airpod 4's. People next to me could hear the music and audio I was listening to, similar to the old time walkman head phones. I went to the genius bar and they told me, that's expected because everyone's ear is different shapes and these airpods don't have a rubber seal. So I returned them back.
Besides the tighter fit on the pros with the silicone tip, is there any difference between the audio quality? I know you say here in the video that the pros have Adaptive EQ, but the Apple website says that both Airpods do.
Not only do people have different size ears, apparently, both of my ears have different sizes so, for example, my left earbud fits better than my right. Therefore, being able to change, the tips is helpful so I can customize it for each ear
Thank you! This is definitely one of the best comparative breakdowns out there. It really helps with the, on the surface, confusing decision about which AirPods to buy based on one's needs and requirements functionality-wise. 👍
Comfort is more important than any noise value cancellation or volume easy control. All the features are not that important if the silicone tips are super uncomfortable
How to decrease the volume of tone/melody, when you are AirPods Pro 2 listening to music, and occasionally you have an inbound call, so it is so loud, is not under control! Is it possible to reduce the volume of tone
I have the AirPods 4, and I don’t care for them and miss my original AirPods! The new housing is wider and does not fit in my ears like the older ones, and they keep falling out. I need to get ear hooks just to keep them somewhat in place.
i’m really really struggling trying to figure out if i should go with the pro 2 or the 4 with ANC.. i currently have the 2s and the 3. the fit isn’t the best on the 3s so i was interested that they changed the size/ fit on the 4s. however, i used to own some powerbeats a couple years back and i really enjoyed the fit of the silicone tips. that’s where im torn, do i go with the tips or does it not matter since they changed the size/fit on the 4? lol decisions
If the AirPods Pro 2 would stay in my ears (no, the foam tips didn't work either) I would buy them in a heartbeat. So far these 4s seem to work well for me and the ANC it has is good enough for my needs.
I don’t need ANC or any pro’s features. I’m trying to decide should I buy gen3 while they are still available on sale or gen4? What’s the difference between gen3 and 4, I don’t get it.
I had the AirPods Pro 1 and ended up leaving them in an uber lol. Had a look at the Airpods 4 base model but the Pro 2s were only $100aud more as they are on discount. Safe to say I have been blown away with the Pro 2s. So much better than the first gens and really happy I didnt go with the 4

It looks like the Airpods 4 have a mic at the bottom of the stem. I dont see anybody talking about this.🤔 Am I seeing wrong?
I absolutely love the pro 2. The best sound quality of all the ear buds in my opinion and I tried them all
Does my Airpods Pro 2gen get this hearing features in the fall? 😊
Just bought the pros they come in tomorrow. My friends have pairs too so I’ve tried them and I personally prefer the silicone tips I think they feel nicer
Do you need an iphone or ipad to go with pro 2 to have hearing aid function working?
For call quality which one is better?
Do you really need Pro 2's to get the hearing function as I am sure Pro 1's still have alot of the same functions which allow hearing assistance?
So what if i just take the silicone out, does they still work ?
IF it does, do i still get the same features that require the tips ?
The Pros absolutely don't fit in my ear, doesn't matter what tip. So I'm glad they released the AirPods 4
I had a similar issue. I ended up replacing the silicone tips with cheap foam ones and it fits perfect now. Worth a try…
@@EKgg-h6mwhere did you get it from?
And what’s also good about AirPod Pro 2 is that it’s very comfortable for your ears cause of the silicone tips.
I love my AirPods 4 with anc I’ve had them over a month and love the m my favorite mode is the adaptive mode I upgraded form the 2016 AirPods had them for 4 years
i stumbled on a deal and bought a pro 2 cheaper than airpods 4 anc. do you think it is a smart choice? (i actually like the open ear better on standart airpods)
Great unbiased analysis. I. Have been toying with getting the pros, and I am now decided that they are going to be worth the extra cost
whats diff b/w airpods pro 2 last year vs now?
The airpods pro are one of my best/usable items I have, I use them everyday so I’ll definetly upgrade to the 2
Great video, I wish Apple went more in depth on how the sound has been improved and how good the mic will be on the 4's, I've pre ordered ANC version but debating wether to cancel if the mic isn't improved.
i got my pro 2 today and i love ur video. thank u uuuuuu
what is the difference between airpods pro 2 vs airpods pro 2nd generation?
50% of the people that watched this video have zero dollars 😂😂😂
Nah i have 6,32 on my bank account😂
I’m curious to known about the clarity of the microphone ??? Is it as the pros ?
If you have the AirPods 2 do I need to buy the other ones
If we already have AirPod pro 2 can we still access the new hearing aid functions etc? Would there be some sort of update to download? Thanks :)
Are air pod pro 3s coming out?
Best airpods for small ear canals?
The pros should work they come with like 4 different eartip sizes
The pros are the only ones that fit me. The regular AirPods start hurting a lot after 30min and will fall out with movement.
@@schuerfrau Do they start to itch tho after awhile? and are they good for working out with them in?
Besides the tighter fit on the pros with the silicone tip, is there any difference between the audio quality? I know you say here in the video that the pros have Adaptive EQ, but the Apple website says that both Airpods do.
Not only do people have different size ears, apparently, both of my ears have different sizes so, for example, my left earbud fits better than my right. Therefore, being able to change, the tips is helpful so I can customize it for each ear
Just picked up the AirPods Pro 2 last week. No regrets.
Thank you! This is definitely one of the best comparative breakdowns out there. It really helps with the, on the surface, confusing decision about which AirPods to buy based on one's needs and requirements functionality-wise. 👍
Are the AirPods 4 ANC sweat/water resistant?
Comfort is more important than any noise value cancellation or volume easy control. All the features are not that important if the silicone tips are super uncomfortable
Witch one is better pro 2 or 4
How to decrease the volume of tone/melody, when you are AirPods Pro 2 listening to music, and occasionally you have an inbound call, so it is so loud, is not under control! Is it possible to reduce the volume of tone
My question is if you have the Airpods 2 should you get the Airpods 4 It is 179.99
I have the AirPods 4, and I don’t care for them and miss my original AirPods! The new housing is wider and does not fit in my ears like the older ones, and they keep falling out. I need to get ear hooks just to keep them somewhat in place.
My only problem is I’m coming from 2nd gen air pods and I don’t know which one fit in my ear
Airpods pro 2 clear winner
i’m really really struggling trying to figure out if i should go with the pro 2 or the 4 with ANC.. i currently have the 2s and the 3. the fit isn’t the best on the 3s so i was interested that they changed the size/ fit on the 4s. however, i used to own some powerbeats a couple years back and i really enjoyed the fit of the silicone tips. that’s where im torn, do i go with the tips or does it not matter since they changed the size/fit on the 4? lol decisions
Which airpods will feature the "hearing aid"?
The pro 2s I believe
The only thing ill miss from the pros is the volume control on the earbud
Would a case for the airpod 4 fit the 4 with ANC aswell?
Hey, I’m thinking about using AirPods for running. Which one of them are more comfortable and secure enough for workouts?
definitely the pros
If the AirPods Pro 2 would stay in my ears (no, the foam tips didn't work either) I would buy them in a heartbeat. So far these 4s seem to work well for me and the ANC it has is good enough for my needs.
I don’t need ANC or any pro’s features. I’m trying to decide should I buy gen3 while they are still available on sale or gen4?
What’s the difference between gen3 and 4, I don’t get it.
the numbers 😂 3 and 4 make youw choice ,ginger
I had the AirPods Pro 1 and ended up leaving them in an uber lol. Had a look at the Airpods 4 base model but the Pro 2s were only $100aud more as they are on discount. Safe to say I have been blown away with the Pro 2s. So much better than the first gens and really happy I didnt go with the 4
I’m confused. Can someone please clarify this. I already own a pair of AirPods Pro 2 that I purchased last year 2023. are these new AirPods for this year?
Yep, but same exact thing as pros 2 same chip and sound. Pros 2 have way better features like hearing test
Can people hear what you’re listening to when using airpods 4?
There may be cases that would give Magsafe attachment to Airpods 4 with wireless charging case so you can get it to lock on while charging.
