Excellent guide. I've been there once, but think of visiting again. Without knowing much, I went and it was clear to me that Hue cuisine was sophisticated. They are only prepared and served in Hue.

There's a depth to Hue cuisine that even the locals haven't fully explored yet. It's good to plan a visit to Hue during good weather; the food journey won't be as enjoyable in the summer heat or constant pouring rains. When are you going?

That's good to know. Fun fact, Bun Bo Hue (Beef Noodles in Hue style) in Saigon is very different from Bun Bo Hue in Hue
