Bún bò Huế is very under rated. Sure Phở is more popular, but Bún Bò Huế holds its ground.

Bun Bo Hue is too spicy for my own tastes. But I am glad others like it. VN looks so hot in the summer. I would totally hate spending time there during the hot season. Good work, David, for enduring the hot weather and eating the spicy Bun Bo Hue at the Sam time. You are much tougher than I am.

@@titiungthời tiết ở Huế từ tháng 5 đến tháng 9 là mùa nắng nhiệt độ trung bình khoảng 30 độ C, cao điểm từ 35 đến 40 độ C tuy nhiên tới mùa mưa từ tháng 10 đến tháng 3 năm sau trung bình khoảng 20,22 độ C cao điểm rét có thể xuống dưới 10 độ C. Nên bạn nói thời tiết Việt Nam lúc nào cũng nóng đến rất nóng là không đúng, đến mùa đông bạn đến khu vực từ Huế trở lên phía Bắc sẽ thấy mát lạnh.

You might want to stop calling Vietnamese women - cô :D In Vietnam, even if they look around your mum's age, they refer to themselves as Em or Chi. I would only say cô if the person is a senior citizen or you are a child talking to an adult. I can tell some of the women you talk to are cursing you in their minds lol

The bun bo hue you were eating did not look good.. There was no steam whatsoever. The broth pot looks cold.
Luckily it was actually still really tasty, but definitely better if it was a bit more hot
