Love all of your stuff and thought I'd pass on a tip.. to get a nice worn look, I use fullers earth powder just dusted into the corners, nooks and crannies. If you dust it in with a puffer or from a loaded brush onto some almost dry lacquer it gives a really dirty, dusty look which stays there.

I was in a blick store and they were clueless about your foam or even EVA foam in general as a cosplay material.

Thanks! Yeah out of their 70+ locations it’s only in 25 right now. We keep trying to expand but it’s been selling out online quicker than we expected. You can always ask the manager of the location to start bringing it in

You can, my HD-Foam just cuts and sands better and is just easier to work with

my only concern is how breathable the foam would be? I have not used any of your foam but with my experience, it would be very difficult to breathe through.

These aren't meant to be a face seal like actual protective masks there are slight gaps at the bottom. Also if I was going to wear it more I would cut out the slits in between the 2mm strips and back it with cotton fabric that would increase airflow.
