If someone gets there hands on the right exotic class item perk combo and gets creative with it then PROBABLY.
We have literally no clue what combos are available
It will be the same as every other build in the game we are Lowkey overplaying it
So at this point, is this just Byf's alt channel or what?
I still stand by the idea that we should get one final single element subclass. I think that prismatic is incomplete with only 5 elements. If you add a 6th, you can play perfectly off that prismatic is the 7th and is perfect hence the number 7 representing perfection and completion.
Edit: here's some idea! The 6th subclass as an almost technomancer type thing. Like allow us to utilise nanotechnology, not for physical upgrades like the Cloudstriders do so much, but to manipulate it as a weapon? I mean there's the argument that a creative type subclass is taken up by Strand?
If Stasis is opposed Solar, what does Strand oppose, and what light class doesn't have its darkness opposite in subclass form? Maybe if void and strand naturally oppose, then the opposite of a lightning subclass (arc) is a sound wave subclass (thunder)?
On top of bungie's obsession with the number 7
If I’m not mistaken didn’t the exotic class items say the additional perks were only active when prismatic is equipped….am I the only who saw that because no seems to be bringing that up.
No. It's limited. We aren't going HAM mixing any super or ability we have. We have a set amount of things we can mix and match. It won't break the game.
I like the subclass but alot of the aspects choosen are very weak.
If they dont buff them no one will use em.
For example warlock has lighting surge and weavers call which are just not very good imo.
I think I forgot what I was going to say
I predicted this, 3 months ago. Not here but I did wrote this. Final shape, is us! The final form of us the Guardian. We control Light and dark powers, the final shape should be a combination of both that we can only wield. I also said that this would been a perfect way to Start a D3, wielding this new power! I also have to idea that someday ( if the Traveler is still Alive) Just like The Traveler revived Savathun and made her a Guardian, the Traveler can also do that with the Fallen and the Cabal! Our Allies! So a D3 would be amazing that at the beginning when we create our characters we can choose between humans, fallen, Exos, Cabal, Awoken, etc, maybe even a Hive as a character that we control.
I honestly always thought about the final shape being a mixture of everything, until the red subclass leaked then i was like oh its another darkness class 3/3 of each
Imagining a falling star, star eater combo for the chonkiest of supers
Everytime somthing big and new is introduced theres usually somthing broken with it but its also obvious that it will get tweaked to be more in line. So i dont really see this as a "real" conversation to be had. Every game i know of that has this same sort of deal going for it has this happen.
Idc of it does, break the damn thing at this point. Show us the absolute limits of this engine
prismatic should be the end game subclass. they need to get rid of the subclasses in general and let us build craft our own.
When they say light supers. Do they mean lite supers or light supers ?
Not being able to use Well in prismatic sucks because now i know i will not be able to use it in end game with LFG. Especially in activities that limit you to 3 players like GM's
I hate that having a well is basically mandatory for end game.
It’s not custom but it’s pretty impressive
No it won’t break the game. I’m sure people will still require a well lol warlocks won’t be able to do anything end game unless they are a Well lock 😂
Its gunna be pay to win for exotic class armor pieces
If you start taking stuff from other classes and adding them to your class, what’s the point of using, or keeping, the other class. Completely changing things like that would make the game bad. There is a reason each class has certain moves and certain exotics. After Lightfall I have no faith in Bungie, they lost it a long time ago. Bringing back Cayde is just their way of bringing fans back to the game.
Def not for warlock.
