Wahl presents a quick tutorial on the Wahl ‘5 in 1’ blades that are used on the Wahl Arco, Bravura, Chromado, Figura and Motion professional animal grooming clippers.
Very good instructions as was having trouble getting blade off, but managed first time after watching this. I did have to repeat the video a lot though to make sure I’d understood the actions properly before I tried it myself.
This is way too fast to follow and the music makes me nervous. A nice narrative would be helpful with explanations and small demo of what each blade is good for.
@@Sunfishmeister Useless is quite subjective wouldn't you say? I'm looking for a new grooming tool for our animals and found this model online with great reviews. I came here to see how it worked and now have a full understanding of all that is involved or at least what I came her for. Without owning it yet. How could this video not instill some amount of education or comfort with how to use it is hard to comprehend. But I suppose with your comment much is difficult for you to comprehend obviously. I wish you the best of luck.
@@-gray3472 Personally, I expected the video to detail when it would be preferred to use each setting for grooming. It's an adjustable blade with a single slider on it, we didn't really need a video for changing the setting. I think that's where it becomes useless.
I have one of these and i feel like it didn’t even last a year. Not sure why. I use the #2 blade cover thing and it barely takes any hair off. I also need new blade cover things (sorry i’m not a professional. Don’t know the proper name for them.) But my plastic ones that came with the kit broke already. Wondering if i should get a better quality kit tho. I’d like for an expensive kit to last more than a year
Plastic add ons are always bad, the best metal ones tho I'm not sure if some will fit these This is mostly a machine made for small details and not to work as a full on clipper to shave a complete dog How did it break?
5 in 1 SETTING bc nobody else can dang say and I had to search way too hard for the answer To use a guide comb, first set your 5-in-1 blade to position "1," then snap on the plastic comb attachment.
Very confusing, please inform us viewers which metal blade setting do you use with the clip ons. Also on a normal metal blade with just the exact setting on settings why do the clip on blades not work so well.
Make sure your dog is washed and dried and detangled before using. If your dog has any mats that can't be brushed or combed out then you'll need to cut them out.

I agree! Video is useless!

I agree. These clipper blades are very confusing and nobody seems to want to explain them in actual words.
I don't know why I can't figure this out. but which one it the #9 and #40? is the 0.7 a #9 or a number #40?

How about how to groom a doodle with theses blades. I can’t get them through my dogs coat.

Does it matter what number the blade is on before attaching the snap on attachments? Thank you
did you find out? I was wondering this too
@@jillbutler7642 This might help. ua-cam.com/video/x9erzYlvqLA/v-deo.html
