    I completely understand your frustration with the price tanking. It’s even harder with grocery items because you’re rushing against time before the item expires.

    Did you auto ungated in some of the really good brands like Nike after 6 months or so or did you have to submit invoices for all of the top brands?

      Yes, some brands auto ungated for me and others I had to get invoices for. It varies by account

    When you are doing RA are you are scanning items, are you scanning the UPC or are you scanning a picture of the box in SC? Is it safer to use the UPC, to avoid potential listing issues later?

      Do both, scan the UPC but also do a title search as well so that you can try to find a potential other profitable listing

    I don't do a lot of RA, but last time we went to Walmart, I noticed the clearance section was organized by price. Which I noticed in your video, yours was too.

    Thank you for continuing to talk about the price tanking, it has become a giant issue. I have not found one profitable toy to chase this Q4. It's freaking sad. That used to be what made Q4 fun. And the frustrating thing is, all it takes is ONE seller to penny drop on a listing, then even if everyone else MATCHES that price, the price will continue to drop. If everybody just waited out that one person the price could recover but since sellers don't know what's happening and just see the price drop everyone panics and tries to get out before the listing is completely ruined, myself included. Like you said, it used to be that you could wait out the low ballers but prices aren't recovering. I don't understand it.

    The price drop has really been terrible, but the question is… what can we do in this case? I have had a product idle for two months, with which I had a great profit, but due to the drop in prices, it is now not that profitable... and I am refusing to lower the price... so to what extent can we hold on to ours price?

      I’ve been holding stuff 4-6 months in some cases. Around month 3 I decide what I want to do, cut and run or wait it out.

    Hey, in fbm I don't get the black box because i think I dont have prime shipping due to doing fam even when my price is the offer price (a fee cents lowest)
    So do i just need to build up account history?

      If you have a professional account (the $39.99 a month one) then you rotate in the box no matter what way you sell. Some categories like grocery sell better FBA than FBM

    The hardest part is getting ungated I bought from champs and Nike waiting for a invoice from Nike and champs didn’t work idk if it’s cause the size of the 10 items I bought are different or something else

      They don’t accept store receipts it needs to be a distributor or wholesaler

    I'm strictly FBM, I started that way 3 yrs ago and have never tried FBA, and I must agree that the price tanking is SO discouraging. I always try to stick to the buy box even if I can't get it, and I've been super discouraged lately about pricing. It's actually making it difficult to sell anything and really affecting my business. It truly is sad. I wonder if it will ever change?

      I just keep trying to talk about pricing whenever possible but I think it’s going to take some time for the tankers to drop out of the game 🙄😒

    To many new sellers that have never ran a business doing amazon now, if it doesn't sell yesterday we need to lower the price to get our money back, too many people have been sold amazon is just a get rich, money printer machine

      I don’t watch any other videos but I’ve been told a lot of “coaches” are teaching it has to sell in 30 days which is not even possible for 80% of FBA. It’s getting out of control

    The price tanker desperation is insane! It's like crackhead doing anything for a few cents! In reality they are losing money.
