Great tutorial, clean, well edited, no fluff, to the point and not only gives us a "how", but a "why" too. The music is well suited for learning and helps me clear my mind and focus on the topic at hand; absolute excellence, well done sir. Subbed.
Hey thanks man. I'm back onto another project for 7 months which will take up most of my time but I hope to try and sneak a few videos out on the weekends.
your use of long timer bomb is great! no one seems to use it, but it just ups the mind games in the opponents head. just seeing that bomb on the screen makes one become under pressured xD
Nice video! Around 9:29 I discovered hat she can overhead or f.hk opponents in my video. But I couldent find a way to set it up in a practical way. The concept you have shown seems to work well, great job.
i been through half this cast and im not feeling anyone gonna learn ibuki next. i need a rushdown chara with mixups and resets and she looks promising thanks for this awesome vid man. nice music as well
10:18 By delaying your target combo slightly (wait too long and your wont be able to get the air reset) after vtrig activation, you can get the target combo to combo into the explosion, meaning you only have to reset them once. After this, instead of going for another reset, you can dash after throwing out the second bomb, light command grab, medium dash, heavy command grab for pretty decent damage + stun.
Hey man really good stuff here. Just want to note that your setup at 8:23 isn't that suppose to be a forward vtrigger instead? Every time I try this setup with back bomb, it explodes during the EX DP while I can get it with forward bomb every single time. I'm pretty sure it's a typo but idk maybe there's something I'm doing wrong I haven't played fighting games in awhile; I'm a bit rusty haha. Otherwise your video's awesome man, feel's chill as fuck. Keep up the good work.
So, my fightstick came in this morning and I've been practicing, I just found this video after trying to figure out what combos I can use between the V-trigger, EX kunai and such. Kinda late yeah, any chance you do online training sessions? I'm a little new to this, and I could definitely use the help.
great video! been working on my ibuki.. I'm awful with her ..I can't seem to get a bomb juggle at all. it's like the opponent just drops before I can keep them in air.
after the first bomb hits.. are you following with LK dash into EX Kunai or HK command dash, kunai, EX Kunai? The 2nd way is much easier for timing but uses an extra kunai, the first way is a little more strict and there is a slight delay when throwing the EX kunai. Too fast and you won't get the juggle.
master, on this particular vid ua-cam.com/video/BKxD0fTG-LU/v-deo.html at exactly 9:16 how does he end up on the other side after the normal dash (after the delayed air LP MK?) been having sleepless nights trying to figure it out.
For some reason I didn't even notice this was from your account, Jay; pleasantly surprised to see you making videos again. :D

Yooo thanks Nino. Your Twitter post gave me a laugh this morning haha. Assuming you are that same person??

Damn rights. Thanks for the welcome back haha. Feels good to put in some time to SFV.
This was the singlehandedly best made video I've seen for street fighter.
Glad to have you back man, keep making awesome content.
What a great video. Really glad to have you back around my man

I had a similar idea of comboing air grab into bomb but I couldn't find a way to make it actually work nice video dude .
That really helps to improve my ibuki, useful even in season 2. thanks a lot
This video is so well done! Thanks for this awesome guide. 🙋
still love everything about your vids
thumbs up, thanks for showing wakeup reversals

AH damn! That's a really good point. I've used that combo before and never even put two and two together. Thanks for the tip.
what a great video! this motivates me to play sfv again!!

Great Video. Thank you

Ah damn that is a mistake I didn't notice. Thanks for pointing it out.
in the second combo at 50 seconds i cant seem to hit crouch heavy punch after command dash

in the cobo and mix up you do at 0:30 i cant get the ex kunai into 2nd bomb throw to work, the explosion off of ex kunai never hits them

im doing hk dash into air M kunai then ground ex kunai,
+Ben LaVigne using LP + HP EX Kunai?
no, i was using LP MP, is that the problem?
Yeah man. There are 3 different versions of EX Kunai. Use LP+HP to juggle for this one :)
Good stuff
Thank you!!!!!:)
dam I appreciate this so much can u do a video on how to play ibuki with all her good setups without bomb aswell?
+Koreem Singh I'll keep it in mind!
would someone be able to annotate the inputs for this?
