Hi i am from pakistan plz help me i got pigmentation on my cheeks and nose since last four years and its increasing plz tell me any exercise for pigmentation
When I put a day moisturizer on my lids recently, I broke out a little under the bottoms of my eyelids. Maybe too much? Maybe lip balm won't run as much, but I'm kind of afraid of how thick it is. If anyone has other cheap, acne-sensitive ideas for moisturizing the eye area, let me know. Thanks.

+Face Yoga Method I did, and I enjoyed it :). Maybe I'll experiment sometime. There's a lot of freedom in choosing the oils.
Isn't lip balm far too greasy for the skin under your eyes? I've read warning of fat build-up under the eyes (little white lumps) just from regular face cream. And I've had some too. Lip balm is even greasier than cream.
Also when removing makeup with almond oil, when the oil creeps into my eyes, they get really irritated.
I wish I knew how to get it right.

Amy Watson You are totally right they are called Milia. If you get them they form easily when the skin under the eyes is congested. They are stubborn and can last for months! I can’t use face oils either. It took a while but I figured out how to keep the under eye skin hydrated and milia free. I carry an eye gel from amore pacific. It’s pricey but if that one is too expensive look for that light gel texture in an under eye cream. Once you find the right products you either won’t develop milia, or it will be very rare.
There is also an under eye serum by Dr. Dennis gross that exfoliates the area under the eyes, you can use once a week to remove dead skin buildup.
For make up removal I use are neutrogena wipes until you don’t see any residue (2-3) and then a hydrating face wash Cetaphil hydrating face wash is great, without alcohol(double cleanse works if you still see make up residue).. Followed by a hydrating toner (fresh has a good one that’s cheap) and a light gel based moisturizer (the true aqua bomb by belief is great) face oils particularly almond oil makes milia worse if you have sensitive skin. I developed milia and acne I never had before after using oils and believing UA-cam hyped trends. I think people like us need to exfoliate at least once a week to open easily congested pores.
