    This video has been really helpful to me, and that's why I revisited it three times a year. But one thing I noticed which may be wrong is the xyz directions. The frontal view seems to be axial, and the axial seems to be frontal.

      volshow is part of the image processing toolbox and max is a built-in function

    Can I ask you please, I have data exported from 3d reconstructed images, I exported using volume viewer to MATLAB workspace, but couldn't know how to convert it to plot using volshow

      this means you haven’t installed the image processing toolbox
