Great work!!! This approach is scalable to remote sensing applications since we usually work with a stack of images captured at different wavelengths. I've been looking to implement a GLCM-3D feature extraction method for a long time, but I can't find code examples. I make this suggestion as an idea for a video. Regards.
Thank you very much! Could you make a video about super-resolution TEM imaging by deep learning, just like NVIDIA DLSS technology? Sometimes, we do not have good imaging sensor, only poor pixie number, such as 512*512. Can you use deep learning to improve it to 2k or even 4k image? That will be very useful! Thanks!
thank you for the basic video as you claimed! Is there a a way to calculate the directions in 3d of fibers in an image? I have fibers that can go in any direction, x, y or z!
Amazing work !! Would you please suggest me how should I load/work on the dataset having 200 set of patients and every patient has a set of 4 MRI-modalities + with ground truth (these modalities to be used as channels) and all the images are in 3D and I want to build a 2D model for multi-class segmentation. Hoping to hear from you soon!!!
Hi Sir, Thanks for your valuable content as usual. What is the difference of tiff and tif formats (I believe both are same). Also, I like you to do 3d CNN based analysis like image segmentation in future. Thanks
Great work! You mentioned napari but didn't use it as it comes with a lot of dependencies. I think it would help of lot people that wotk with 3D/4D images to introduce them to napari!
Almost every IDE provides you a way to run line by line. Please look at the documentation for your IDE. FYI, I am using Spyder that comes with Anaconda package.

Thank you so much. 3D UNET next please

love your channel man

Great work. Thank you, truly.
pro trick : you can watch movies at flixzone. I've been using them for watching lots of of movies these days.
@Billy Shepard Yea, I've been watching on flixzone for since december myself =)
Awesome Video! Sir can you make a video how can I measure and plot Point spread functions on these somewhat spherical blobs/cells

He Sreeni, great video. How do you extract the volume of say each of the 3D 'cylinders' in the image?
please conduct tutorial on MRI images (nii and hdr)
hello, were you able to find how to work on nii.gz file format?
thank you for nice tutorial, sir
how to appy to nii or hdr format medical image
sir can u give tutorial for 3D images classification CNN?
Do you have a data set that can be used for that task?
Yes i have sir, and there's 1110 data Ct scan and that data for multiclass
Great work!

can we save the 3D image in JPG, PEG format?
if there's specific formats for 3D image so please mention them....
JPG cannot handle 3D data.
@@DigitalSreeni sir! what are those formats can store the 3D image just?
What are you using to load script line by line? I have to run my entire code each time and would benefit with what you are using

Sir....sk_3dimg = io.imread('images/3d_image.tif')...this folder is not available on your github
great work nigga, i'm becoming a machine learning expert
