Tim is a great guide. I didn't realize that green tea and black tea were from the same plant, and it is the processing that makes it different. I really got a great feel of what country life is like in Georgia. Very nice!
Love these episodes where David explores the rural areas - I feel like that's where a lot of culture culture and heritage is preserved. The world is ever changing but it's always fascinating to see where it all came from, or at least got influenced from. Looks like yet again another wonderful prepped by some wonder ladies - you can just taste the love in their foods. Would love to try that chicken soup - love chicken soup - who doesn't like chicken soup? Great review David - can't wait to travel to Georgia! Your co-host is really great too - super knowledgeable!
Tim, such a lovely young man. Very knowledgeable. I love the place. Now the food ....... ooohhhh yes. I'll avoid the Chacha but bring on the beautiful food. I would have loved to try the potatoes and everything else of course. Excellent episode 🌿🍃💚🍃🌿
@@thetunefulquire you are very talented, Tim. Your knowledge and intelligence break through the screen. Love the way you express yourself and the peace of mind you are able to give 🙏🏻 Hope to visit your beautiful Country one day. Peace and light be with you, Alessia from Italy 🇮🇹
Tim, I tried your style of holding your fork/spoon, ridiculous lol now I see why you eat with your fingers and can't use a knife with that caveman style

yes this country is amazing!!
Food is not rational. Food is culture, habit, craving and identity. The only thing I like better than talking about food is eating. Love from Korea🇰🇷💕
One day I will go to Georgia 🇬🇪
