While traditionally Dosas are made with ground & fermented lentil rice batter, these oats dosas are made without that time consuming process.

      In the beginning, she added cumin seeds 1 tsp, while grinding batter 2 tsps rava/semolina.
      Later while mixing batter added pink salt.

      Hi.. that must be bcz of the ingredient proportions used while grinding batter..
      I mentioned in the end of the video that, by any chance the given ingredients used more or less, dosa May get too soft which leads to break..
      in that case mix some regular dosa batter..
      Hope this information is helpful 👍🏻
