Thanks for this as Bitters have always confused me, even though I have Angostura, Peychauds, Fee Cherry and angostura orange and their cocoa - I only use them if a cocktails says to use them, but I think I'll now experiment. I like the sound of the Tiki bitters!
Hi Steve, Amathus have a massive range of bitters in the cabinet beneath the counter of their Wardour Street, Soho shop. That shop is like a sweetshop to a kid for a mixologist, amateur or professional. Nick from York
