Coffee talk Yngwie is awesome 🤘🎸 Both of these guys were a big influence on my playing back in 1988! I remember getting Live in Leningrad for Christmas on VHS🤪🤣
It seems like, Malmsteen is trying to take the convo in another direction & Zakk is staying in the time & covid part. Like, Malmsteen does not know what to do to save the interview LOL! I love Yngwie. You're youngins don't know what 1985 Malmsteen was like lol! Terrible cocky attitude. Now, he's this humble, wonderfully open, fun to talk to person! I love him to death! Love what he said about socialism -'fuck that's LOL!!!
My two absolute favorite guitar players. Excellent segment, really doesn't get much better then this! Well done. To whom is reading this - KEEP PLAYING!
Time is a crazy thing. When you are young it feels like it takes forever to become 18 or 21 etc. Once you reach those milestones it flies by. 1 thing for sure, you 2 are guitar legends for always!!
So nice to see guys getting together and talking about the old days like they were yesterday. Zakk is another “local” guitar hero. I can still remember seeing him in that “No More Tears” video, so young. And, Yngwie, I can remember those Steeler and Alcatrazz days. First time hearing that style of music in the states. Keep it up, these interviews are awesome!🤘🏻🎸
Seems like only yesterday, but it was almost 2½ years ago when the last show I saw was Generation Axe at the Hard Rock in Hollywood, FL on 12-10-19. The scamdemic ruined going to concerts ever since. Had tickets for Ace Frehley and Alice Cooper, but the Gestapo tactics of Live Nation and Ticketmaster made it so I'll never give them another dime as long as I live.
Could it be that we have not seen Yngwie’s heyday yet? He has the Social Media presence, inspirational quotes, he is more accessible and laid back, he looks good, he isn’t drinking. The 80’s are coming back in style with younger people. A new generation is learning about his genius guitar playing. His most popular years, his real huge household name success could be in the future, not the past.
5:55 Iron Maiden were considered to be part of the NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal) movement, so they actually were a new band back in 1980 😎 I saw Maiden opening for Judas Priest in Albany, NY in 1981 on the Killers/Point Of Entry Tour. Time definitely flies.
I love learning more about the guys, but when Ferrari cars came up, Yngwie brightened up with excitement sharing lots of rare info about their history and the cars specs. That was awesome to hear about the other passions he has. Maybe one day we can get a tour of his collection?🙏
That was the most normal conversation i have heard in a long time. They are just talking like i talk with my musician friends who are still out there playing. Funny
💥😎💥That attitude, of making every day the best day ever is absolutely inspiring. You can build dedicated progress on that attitude, Perpetually, at any endeavor! I love the perspectives of Zack too, such as why would Bach or Beethoven, etc. retire....hahahaha!
He's playing as good as ever and finally exposing himself as the decent guy he is,confidence is earned but also his honesty is wonderful.Keep them coming!!!
I like the talking idea Yngwie, although there's many things which really don't belong to my world, that i just ignore because everyone is just so different, but i am found of your music and for the rest is interesting, precisely because i don't know anything about it, for example fast cars and tutti quanti... _"you can only turn 40 twice 😅😂🤣... " _ bloody right! Wolfy sitting there by the piano forbidding himself to touch it... 😉😅😂🤣🤣🤣🤭 By the way, talking about the Stones, in 1974, in my college's street, rue Saint André des Arts, Paris 6ème, they used to play a movie documentary for years, i saw it but don't remember if it was "One +One" (1968)or "Gimme Shelter"(1970)..amazing by that time... _24:37...determination! I have this too Thanks for all this 🎼💓💕👍🏻
Yngwie has always been a kind of role model for me. (Zakk too btw). I never understood why people talk shit about him, like him being arrogant and obnoxious. Here he hits the nail on it's head. He just always knows what he wants and he goes and gets it. The way I think everybody should do that. There are less and less authentic musicians and artists out there. I mean you might not like his playing style or sound or whatever, and that's fine, but one thing you can't take away from him. He is a true original who single handedly changed the rock landscape, and did it all by sheer will, determination and faith in himself. Here we can see him for the nice, down to earth guy he really is. Thanks Yngwie for this, I enjoy listening to you so much! Cheers!
Maybe if you'd shut the hell up about how long ago things are, you'd have more time to get on with it. ;) Great to see you two goofing around. Life is too short.
Yngwie, loving your Coffee Talk! I would LOVE to watch an episode with you and Kirk Hammett. You both are my 2 top favorite guitarists, with Kirk being my sole inspiration to pick up a guitar, then I heard Black Star, and your fan since. I've been to 4 of your shows, and own all of your music, even done a Meet & Greet with you in Atlanta, GA, a dream come true. See you on tour my friend!
I'm so glad Yngwie is doing more social media.
Coffee talk Yngwie is awesome 🤘🎸
Both of these guys were a big influence on my playing back in 1988! I remember getting Live in Leningrad for Christmas on VHS🤪🤣
Please keep doing these. LOVE THEM! 🎸🎸🎸
I've been an Yngwie fan since 83. Seen him live a dozen times.
This just makes ya love the guy even more. Great job Yngwie 🤘
Yngwie doing a podcast is the thing I never knew I needed in my life.

Yngwie is a natural in this platform. Keep it up.
WE LOVE THIS COFFEE TALK FORMAT!!!
This is great to see these guys just being themselves and "coffee talking."
My two absolute favorite guitar players. Excellent segment, really doesn't get much better then this! Well done. To whom is reading this - KEEP PLAYING!

I have been lucky enough to see both live, Yngwie a few times.
Extremely awesome, 🤘🏻🤘🏻 Yngwie and Zakk, my favorite guitarists
Yngwie always has his guitar. I bet he played his ass off as a kid

Yngwie these videos of you with people you have toured with are awesome. please keep doing these

Very cool to see these legends swapping stories and just hanging out...

Saw Rising Force open for AC/DC then bought Matching Out and all my friends loved it! I'm 54 and it's still a treasure to me.
I was 15 when Rising Forces came out it blew our minds. It was all about arpeggios that year. Awesome video !
Great episode Yngwie and Zakk!
YNGWIE FOREVER 💜🇺🇸🍀🌹
there's many ways to play a guitar but there's only one Yng-*vay*
"I don't believe in nostalgia. The best time, the best era, is right now."
Yngwie
How awesome is that?

Thanks Yngwie, for showing a more down-to-earth yet genuine part of your personality. Respect!
Good to see him smiling more often! He deserves a lot!
Wow great conversation with Zakk and Yngwie, really enjoyed this!

Zakk, if you're reading this, loved your version of Missisippi queen. 🥰
Epic! First Vai now Zakk. We need a coffee talk with Yngwei and Joe Satriani now. Great work getting everyone together Yngwei!! Amazing job. Legends!
I like how Yngwie holds a guitar while conducting an interview.
I think it’s on his lap all the time 😊
To be honest I think he always does. At least it's more natural than not.
Checking out the new episode, sipping on coffee at work. The only way to roll. Excellent job gents, keep 'em coming!
Awesome conversation.

Yngwie is the best!
Please do this with Paul Gilbert
Would love to an interview with Yngwie and Vinnie Moore
Time flys when you're having fun.
Cheers!
Excellent interview here Yngwie. This is shaping up to be a good series. It would be great if you started doing some live streams!
Two legends right there 🎸🤘
💥😎💥That attitude, of making every day the best day ever is absolutely inspiring. You can build dedicated progress on that attitude, Perpetually, at any endeavor! I love the perspectives of Zack too, such as why would Bach or Beethoven, etc. retire....hahahaha!
Love it!
Keep'em coming Maestro Malmsteen!
Coffee Viking Talk 🔥🎸🤘
He's playing as good as ever and finally exposing himself as the decent guy he is,confidence is earned but also his honesty is wonderful.Keep them coming!!!
This is a cool series of videos. It’s interesting to see guitar legends just chatting about music.
What a fantastic idea this show is!!!! Great second guest, Yngwie is killing it 🤘🏻
The guitar heroes of my youth. ❤️❤️❤️🎸🎸🎸🔥🔥🔥
saw Yngwie open for Maiden on the Somewhere in Time in Philadelphia.
I like the talking idea Yngwie, although there's many things which really don't belong to my world, that i just ignore because everyone is just so different, but i am found of your music and for the rest is interesting, precisely because i don't know anything about it, for example fast cars and tutti quanti...

Thank you for the great morning 💬 chat with Mr Zakk.
Can’t wait for the next one☝️

2021 Ferrari production numbers is 11,115 cars . Toyota sold 67 million cars worldwide in 2021 . 🏎🚙
When you're enjoying your life.. time sure does fly huh?
Enjoyed this very much. Great listening to these guys having conversations like regular people.
Never could understand why some people would say YJM was an a hole. He always seems so chill and cool to me. Great show!
Feeling so lucky to be a part of these conversations. ❤️
this is proof you can time travel with music focus, long live the Speed Force .
Maybe if you'd shut the hell up about how long ago things are, you'd have more time to get on with it. ;)
Great to see you two goofing around. Life is too short.
Been a Yngwie fan since 2001 or so. Nice to see him doing more stuff like this
Two of the greatest guitar players that have ever lived!🎸🎸
Yngwie’s looking GREAT man, got the weight off, looking all slim and super energetic, good for him!
"During the Civil war" .... Yngwie got jokes 😂😂😂
This is awesome
That was nice. I really enjoyed it. Thank you for doing this! Much appreciated! 🙂❤🎶👍
I love how down to earth these guys are makes you feel that you could sit down and talk with them..
Yngwie is also a genius Cello player like Yo yo Ma or Rostropovic.
Great stuff✨👌👌👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺
How can something so simple be so good. This is the best!
Good job Yngwie! It’s really cool seeing you chatting (not in a journalist interview)!
Two of the most amazing musicians, here together is great!
I am really enjoying these. It's kinda like being a fly on the wall watching friends visit.
Yngwie, loving your Coffee Talk! I would LOVE to watch an episode with you and Kirk Hammett.
